I had a pretty bad experience with this company. I would recommend going somewhere else. The repairman himself was really nice and seemed to know exactly what he was doing. I brought my laptop here and it does work better than it did. However, the communication from the lady who scheduled this pickup was absolutely terrible. It took over two weeks for my laptop to come back to me, and the job wasn't 100% completed. I scheduled to meet the lady the day after a holiday. She agreed. But when I showed up she was not there. Luckily someone else was there who ended up taking the laptop. I was told that the repairman would not be able to get to my laptop immediately because they had some ""corporate jobs"". Fine! I figured it wouldn't take more than a week. And then suddenly, when I waited 18 days for it to be fixed, I said I wanted an update. She then informed me that James was out of town. And then when I told her I really needed it she said "actually he's working on it now!" Really really confusing communication all around. She also offered to meet me on the side of the interstate to drop it off??? I said no to this The person who dropped it off was almost 45 minutes late because the lady had told him to come to my house, when we agreed to meet somewhere else. It sounds like they were really busy and having a hard time, and maybe my case was not a usual experience with this company. It was very stressful for me to go almost a month without my computer I use for my job. Again, the repairman was very nice, but maybe don't call if you are an individual. They seem to prioritize corporate clients.

Great service at a great price. I was having trouble with my desktop after trying to build it myself (first DIY). James came out to my apartment and sat down and troubleshot the problems with me. He was super nice, helpful, and explained everything along the way. He identified the problem and told me exactly what part I needed to buy and how to install it once it arrived. 10/10. You should give these guys a shot.

We had a job that required 2 Technicians On-Site and we were very pleased with both workers and the care they took to do a good job. We were also impressed with the back office support lady we spoke with - would definitely choose Cltr Alt Repair in the future.

Amazing service!! These guys came out and mounted my new 86 inch 100 lb tv over our fireplace! There was a lot of extra unexpected work, and they got the job done. I am very happy with this company and their technicians that came out. They went above and beyond the average mounting call for this tv and my family and I are all smiles tonight watching tv. Thank you all for 5 star service!

These guys were awesome! Our 82 inch tv was coming off the wall @ Campus Cuts by Monica barbershop . I called them and James called me back and said due to rain they have an opening this afternoon. So they cameout same day and secured my tv to the wall. So clean so efficient very polite and easy to deal with. Did I fail to mention they did an excellent job. I wish I had known about them sooner. James went above and beyond for my work computer. I needed a new hard drive and set it up for James to do the work for me. James not only worked with my schedule , but also picked up my computer and delivered it personally back to me within 24 hrs. He even had other bigger jobs that he had to do within my timeframe and still delivered top notch service to me without any delays. I never missed a beat from my work and so happy with my computer functionality now. James and his company are highly recommended and I will never use anyone else for any future work needed.

James and his crew showed up on time and thoroughly explained the options for mounting my two tv’s. Once we decided how to proceed they did their work efficiently and professionally. Throughout they were courteous and friendly. Very good price compared to others. Highly recommend and will hire again!

James and his team are personable, professional, and know exactly what they’re doing. I consider myself a computer-literate person, but I needed an expert to verify that my cooling system was truly failing. I called James, and before he accepted any money from me, before he ever met me, he helped me troubleshoot the piece of hardware over the phone - it wasn’t even noon yet. You will pay appropriately for labor, but it is genuinely worth it, considering the wide range of services that Control Alt Repair can provide. It was funny; when I saw his van and everything inside, it was immediately clear that my little hardware issue was trivial in comparison to the tech problems that this company is capable of fixing. Very nice guys, kind on the phone, no BS. I will gladly give control alt repair my money again.
