Texted Carlos Santana at CS Computer Solutions LLC and got an immediate response. A friend in Surprise, who offers excellent recommendations, gave me the number. We agreed on the following day at 4PM. Carlos came to our home, wore a mask and quickly resolved getting my fairly new HP laptop back on the Internet in about 10 minutes. Then he showed me how to navigate Microsoft OneDrive which I just got. Then he also fixed my wife's older computer, getting it back on the Internet as well. Then he took a look at a recalcitrant disk drive and made a recommendation. Cheery, helpful and quick. Only $99 for all the above. Loved the results.
