My food had hair in my fries and the lettuces is old and it's brown. Any other time I come the food is delicious but this time around 👎
I’m giving 2 stars because for the most part my food has been hot and fresh. However, imposing fees/surcharges on customers to use their debit or credit card is unacceptable. I will no longer patronize this restaurant because of that. Also, during my last visit I asked to have mild sauce on the side and they drenched my food in mild sauce. It was a waste of $8 because I didn’t eat it and couldn’t return it because I had returned to work.
I've only had the wings, most of the time the wings are good, fresh and hot, but I have had a bad experience, it seemed like the wings I got were sitting for a while, decided to give them another try and they were on point this time.
Chicken is pretty good, always fresh and seasoned well. Disappointed they switched there fries which is dry, skinny, and hard to eat. I stopped buying my chicken from here when they did that.
I have been eating here for YEARS and have not been disappointed once. Always fresh, always friendly, and always quick, and always correct. They are very generous with portion sizes and even sometimes give a little extra. I have moved out of town and still make sure that I come here every time I visit Chicago. As far as quality/quantity will choose over Harold’s anyday.
The 50 pc mix was great. Came with fries, sauce, and a loaf of white bread. Hot and fresh call in only took 35minutes.

My mother and I decided to try this Shrimp Place. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. There shrimp were a very good size for the price. We had fries with our order. They definitely give you enough. Will definitely be paying this Shrimp Place agai
Having moved from Chicago a few years ago, I came back to visit and had to have White Castle! Maaaaaaan was I pleasantly surprised... fresh food, hot off the grill, quick service and an awesome staff and manager!!!

The annoying goofy light skin bartender ruined my night. Other than that the place is Okay. People don't bother you. Chess, pool table, slots, darts etc. Drinks are a decent price. ð Didn't taste food idk about that.
