Crystal Inn Suites & Spas LAX - Hotel in Inglewood - 11163 S Prairie Ave, USA

Quiet, Clean outside, hot tub worked, refrigerator worked fine. For the price I expected better. 186 for a king bed Jacuzzi room on a Tuesday night. I was told there was a king size bed and a pull-out sofa bed. There was no sofa at all to pull out any bed from. The shower had an empty lotion bottle with no cap and the cover to a razor on the little Shelf. The hot tub seemed clean but it's an ugly dark green color. The whole room needs a good cleaning and a paint job.

The Management and all of the front desk staff are, Very kind🥰considerate 🥰and patient. The property is always very clean, the housekeeping staff is always on point and willing to accommodate, very trustworthy. The washer and dryer are convenient for me , the gym is clean and functional as well as the pool. Awesome place.

The pool was ok. The carpeted floors in the room were filthy dirty and sticky. Our son's feet turned black after 5 minutes of being barefoot there. We all had to wear shoes the rest of the time there. There was also mold growing in the shower on the soap shelf. We were only there for one night, but I wouldn't recommend it, nor do I plan to return there. On the plus side, no one bothered our car in the parking lot, which I was concerned about in that area.

Crystal Inn is far worse than any motel 6 or 8 I've stayed in. Weed smells out of many rooms you walk by. All common areas are dirty. Room is dark and all furniture looks like it's from the 70-80 (old, worn). This place is a perfect incentive to never go to jail and have to live in this place when you get out and on probation.

So i booked a noomhere before a trip to Texas. I had to leave on a train the following day at 10 pm so I asked if I could have a late checkout and the guy at the desk said no they i had to pay double the price because it was Friday night. So I went online and booked the room for 120 buck instead of 160 like he said. Then he calls me at 11;20 and tells me that I have to check out and check back in at 3. I said no I'm not checking out until 7 or 8 and that I paid for the whole night he threatened to call the cops on me and said go ahead I paid. So don't give this scumbag any business if you can avoid it. Good luck. It was otherwise clean and very nice.

Horrible room, we wouldn't even use the shower. There was mold near the shower and hair in the shower. If we could get another hotel last minute we would have. We only managed to sleep a few hours, we couldn't get out of there fast enough!

We were traveling to LA and just needed a place to sleep for a few hours. Out of all the hotels we called and dropped by in trying to rip us off, this place was fast, easy, quiet, safe and amazingly prized. No issues with other people staying here. Beds were sooo comfortable! I’m such a picky person, but this place did what was needed. Would come back and recommend!

Very disappointed! Not worthy of 4 star rating, run down, sheets were clean but rest of the room is iffy. Not sure how to trust trip advisor in the future. They must have friends and family writing reviews. We would not stay here again, and will not recommend to our family and friends.
