Awesome company! I'm glad I added their policy on when I bought my new car because they're absolutely worth it. In the last 8 months they've fixed 7 little nicks in my windshield and replaced the entire windshield last month when a crack spread. It's extremely to file your claims online and they've never taken more than 24 hours to respond to me. There are no deductibles and I haven't paid a penny for all the work that's been done. I highly recommend them!

We had Crystal Fusion installed on our windshield 2-years ago against my better judgement and I ended up being correct. We were turned down for a claim because it passed the 72 hr window. We had a rock fit is and within an hour driving it was a foot long. When I contacted our dealer they said I had to contact crystal fusion. When I contacted crystal fusion they referred me to Safe Guard. When I contacted Safe Guard they didn’t have us in their system. Called back two days later with more information and they found us. The operator told us the claim was rejected due to 72 hour window being passed. On her own she attempted changing the date and she said it didn’t work (kind of under handed on her part). She told me then to file a complaint and someone would call me. It’s been three days and no one has called. This is not a company I would recommend to my worst friend. They take your money and then find reasons not to pay out. Save your money because it will pay for your windshield when it cracks. Update On 6-15-24 I received an email from Safe Guard stating they have changed course and are going to honor the claim. Now Safe Guard is the company that the Manufacturer refers everyone to that they have representing their product. Now it is 8-29-24 and I have sent 6 more emails with 10 different attachments that Safe Guard has requested and have made at least 8 more phone calls and after saying they would honor the claim they are doing everything to get out of paying the claim again. When I called them again on 8-28 the gentleman had me send all my documentation to his email address to he can push it through. He said he would send me proof of receiving it yesterday, and nothing again! They have never reached out to me, all communication is coming from me. I have even been given 3-different email addresses. This is a terrible representation having Safe Guard representing a UNBELIEVABLE company and where would the blame fall when a company represents another? Shameful all the way around!!

I am highly satisfied with the ease and seamless process of getting my windshield replaced. From my first contact with a representative, to constant communication, dropping it off and picking it up. No complaints. It did take about 2 weeks however, very pleased with the quality of work. Highly recommend the investment in a CrystalFusion Warranty!,

From start of the process to the installation of the new windshield, Crystal Fusion was outstanding. We were on vacation several hours from home when a rock hit the windshield cracked it. I called Crystal Fusion and they had options for me, but the best one was waiting to get home to get it fixed. They made the appointment and the local repair shop took over and made it pain free.. 100% I recommend Crystal Fusion!

I was on a highway when a chunk of cement fell from a truck ahead of me. Yep it was big enough to crack my windshield. A call to the company and a few pictures confirmed the damage. I was referred to a local company and was scheduled a few days later to have it replaced. Not one hassle in the process and the bill was sent to CFT for payment. Very easy with minimal time out of my office.
