Very family friendly! My 6 year old son loves coming to class because he learns something new every time. It has helped him with following instructions and focusing while also having fun. He usually has a lot of energy to burn but BJJ has taught how and when to use that energy.
Best gym ever. Before coming to cruvinel I was constantly plagued with injuries. I’ve been training here a year now and I have not experienced or witnessed a serious serious injury. Everyone trains hard but is a great training partner. The coaches are knowledgeable and always willing to help. Overall great place to be. Going to class feels like hanging out with friends.

My son absolutely loves going to class every Monday and Wednesday. The coaches are very helpful with transitioning your kid into the class, and teaching them the moves. Highly recommend.
I have been training in Muay Thai at the Cruvinel Brothers Academy for almost two years. I am so fortunate to have found this training facility. The staff are kind, welcoming and inclusive. They genuinely care about their students, kids and adults! They foster community by offering events, parties and holiday gatherings. My Muay Thai coach is a knowledgeable and experienced Muay Thai practitioner. He and teaches us the proper Muay Thai technique and at the end of class he reviews what we learned and why we learned it. I am very appreciative of this Martial Arts facility.
Great place to start training a variety of martial art for adults and specially children’s. My own kid enjoy it so much that it made the father join the adult class. Totally recommended 🤙
