Crunch Fitness - Marlboro - Gym in Morganville - 34 US-9, USA

I have been a training at this gym for about 8 months now and the facility is great. Recently I started working with a personal trainer, Arthur, and he has really helped me stay on track with my fitness goals. He has a great personality and helps make my workouts more enjoyable, as well as, keeps me motivated and coming back. Would highly recommend him to people of all different training levels novice or advanced.

I really enjoy going to this gym, but I feel that the men's locker room could be better maintained. The steam room is sometimes dirty and has an unpleasant smell, which is not ideal. I believe the cleaning staff could do a better job, perhaps by having someone regularly check the area. I have high expectations for cleanliness, having previously used Equinox in New York City. It would be great if the floors and showers could be cleaned more frequently too. Overall, I think this gym is great and with some improvements, it could be even better.

After scanning in my $30 per month membership card, apparently it doesn’t cover this location. The kid behind the desk told me Parsippany “lied” and it only covers “core locations” they are a “signature location” and a day pass would cost $30 on top of my monthy membership. (Not even fitness centers in South Beach cost $30 per day) In the end, he discounted the day pass to $10 cash price. For what? basketball and a sauna I didn’t use there? Crunch has now become the new La Fitness of gyms, scams, hidden fees and over crowded.

If you’re looking for a personal trainer that actually cares about his clients and the progress that they make, then Arthur is your guy! He’s extremely knowledgeable and well versed in different styles of exercise. I’ve had discomfort in my shoulder while working out in the past, and not only was he able to pick exercises that didn’t bother my shoulder, but he was able to make them fun and challenging. My favorite thing about having him as a trainer is he makes you want to come in and train, which is VERY RARE to find. Aside from being a great trainer, he’s also an all around great person. Thanks Arty! You’re the best!!!

I have been working with my trainer Gabbi for a couple months now and have seen so much improvement in my stamina and cardio. I am doing things I didn’t think I would be able to do and feel very supported every session we have. Gabbi has a natural way of putting you at ease in what could be an intimidating environment for someone not used to frequenting the gym. I have noticed incredible changes in my performance and look forward to hitting new PR’s.

I train with Bre who is really knowledgeable and responsive in the way you want to train. I feel stronger than when I first started with her which is one goal I have. She’s passionate about what she does and also when my energy is a bit off or low, she adjusts the workout accordingly. Highly recommend her. 💜

Rejoined this gym this past summer after a long hiatus. Definitely 10x better than the last gym I went to. All of the machines and equipment are up at full speed. The gym provides all the amenities and toiletries you need and want. This facility keeps things very clean compared to the last gym I went to. Lastly, this place was honest and straightforward when they told me about the pricing and contract fees.

CRUNCH is a good gym and the staff, is clean and have manymachines. My trainer GABBY is amazing, always she is happy and enthusiastic. She is worried about my health conditions, and she follow up my diet too. She always motivate me to go and don't missing days. Gabby always is happy to assist me and accommodate my schedule. I am very happy with her because she is helping me to get my goal.
