This is the first gym I’ve gone to consistently and not paid for it without even going! My trainer Erwin is so helpful and professional in every level, he has made my training worth every penny and the results have been the proof of it. The staff from maintenance, front desk and trainers are friendly and make you feel welcome! I’ve been a member since 2021, again first gym I’ve actually paid for and continued to go. I love how small it is compared to other gyms that tended to feel more like a grocery store and overwhelming. 5 Starts completely!

I went here a few weeks to go to inquire about membership. Initially, I was taken back by desk attendant’s demeanor but he later impressed me with his knowledge. After our conversation and a quick tour around the gym, I was convinced to cancel my Anytime Fitness membership. This place has enough equipment, activities, and amenities to make any non member rethink their current gym location!

Been an avid gym goer for 3 years. No complaints, very friendly staff and clean equipment. Recommend checking this place out!

I absolutely love going to the classes on Saturday mornings!!! The trainer, Natalie, is so motivating and pushes you towards your goals. Her classes are always different so it gets your body moving in new challenging ways. Cardio tai box is my favorite one! She also does classes on Fridays. Natalie is such a personable and kind hearted person, she is welcoming of anyone that wants to give her classes a try!

It’s a smaller Gym that’s kept clean and is well managed. It’s in the Lakewood Towne center so there is usually plentiful parking and close to restaurants and grocery stores etc.

If your around the area it's a good gym to go to. Only thing is that you pay out the rest of your contract if you decide to cancel. Steven that works up front was amazing explaining everything. Signed up same day.

Crunch Fitness is a great place to work out and very affordable! Spacious gym, clean, kind staff, good equipment. Also, their personal trainers are great. I’ve been a runner for years with pretty average results. Three months ago, I started personal training with Evalani. Since then, I’ve shaved a full minute off of my mile time and placed top 3 in two trail races. Personal training made all the difference for me in an incredibly short timeframe, and I recommend it to anyone who wants to reach the next level in their fitness journey.
