Great facilities! Clean and well laid out. An abundance of workstations and equipment. The personal trainers are very well educated and attentive to your goals and needs. I highly recommend this gym.

I have visited many gyms around the Shoals and have been a member of a three or so through the years. Overall, Crunch has by far been my favorite! The staff is kind, ready to help, and knowledgeable. While it’s definitely a busy gym, there’s plenty of equipment and space to complete your workout (even if you have to switch up your routine). As a woman, I feel safe as I workout and so far have had no weird run ins with other members. The facility is clean and has a variety of section that really equips you to have any kind of workout experience you’re seeking. I have even joined a cycling class (something I thought I would never do), and it’s one of the things I have began really looking forward to each week. If you’re looking for a gym, definitely give Crunch a try!

I love being a member at Crunch Fitness-Florence! There's a great variety of group classes to choose from and the instructors are very knowledgeable, professional and fun! My fitness level has improved since I became a member. This gym has something for everyone (machines, weights and classes). I highly recommend this gym!

Crunch is my favorite gym since Gold's and Max Fitness. The staff is friendly. The facility is spacious and clean. There's always ample equipment..

I hate having to be this guy but I am going to do it. I have complained about the dropping of weights at night 3 different times. I called them, I emailed them, I even talked to the staff there in person 2!! times and nothing was done. I asked them if there was a policy against dropping weights and they said that there was one in place but they do not enforce it. Why make a rule and then not follow up on it??? They do this even when the Florence Police is there, in short they just do not care about me, or the equipment or the gym. If I could give this review 0 stars I would and highly suggest NOT going to this gym.

The sauna is terrible. It doesn’t even come close to getting as hot as other saunas and is always turned off and not ready for use. Waste of an amenity.

Wife an I have been going now for a couple of weeks. Great facility, helpful staff, not a meat-head gym, very clean. Highly recommend
