I received these cookies today. They were a gift that were ordered for me from friends in Phoenix. Not only were they all mushed together, the chocolate chip cookie was raw.
We order frequently and always have really good experiences. Timely delivery, cookies are baked perfect, and I end up liking flavors I normally wouldn’t at another dessert place bc crumbl usually kills it. Very impressed especially w this location.

Came in around 9:30 one of the employees she had short hair was at a worktable was balling up dough and in between each ball was using what looked like there phone. They did not make any effort to wash their hands nor change there gloves. Employee boxing cookies by the counter did not do anything about it or hasn't noticed. I don't feel comfortable with returning to this location. The cookies are pretty alright though.
