Crumbl - Edgewater - Dessert shop in Edgewater - 1931 Sheridan Boulevard, USA

I got the 4 pack of cookies here and they were completely raw. Not ooey gooey in the middle raw, i mean inedible raw. These weren’t crumbl cookies they were runny cookies. Like the chocolate chip was the worst its terrifying. I usually LOVE these but this was honestly disgusting:(

The staff at this location are amazing! I had a last minute large order for a work event and the staff came through for me! I highly recommend ordering from this location to get the best service and even better cookies!

Update: Ok this time. They were brought in at work with similar flavors. However this time they were definitely cooked properly. The cookie dough cookie is just too much if I’m being honest. Original: I dont get the hype. With all these new cookie delivery companies popping up everywhere, I’m surprised these folks are on top. The cookies taste OK overall. Some of these icings are intensely sweet and really overpower the cookie but that’s a personal preference. I suppose my biggest complaint is the cook level I am 100% a fan of a chewy soft cookie, but I still want it mostly cooked. These are awfully raw in places.

It’s amazing how good these cookies are!! All of them. You can’t go wrong.

Cookies are delicious. Normally the delivery is quick & accurate. I’ve had mostly good experiences with accuracy but my last order was totally wrong! The store refunded me but didn’t re-send my order - they said I had to call doordash even though I ordered through their app… so that was disappointing!

Crumbl is just all around yummy; but I’ve figured out that if you want Crumbl later, after 4:00pm, it’s best to pick it up yourself. When we’ve ordered for delivery for the late afternoon, there’s been an issue about 75% of the time (ie. wrong order/missing cookies, cookies weren’t prepared as advertised, delivery service did not follow directions, cookies were delivered on top of each other etc…).

I had a coupon for a free chocolate chip cookie that I had gotten as part of a charity silent auction package. I went in and ordered a 4-pack of cookies, presented the coupon and was told they no longer honor those under new management. I asked her to double check - I watched as someone just looked at it and shook their head. First of all - pretty sure that’s illegal to not take a gift card or valid coupon but also - it’s one cookie. Really? Going to be that cheap?? I kind of laughed at how ridiculous they were being and still ordered the cookies. They were terrible which isn’t surprising that new management also somehow sucks at this part of the job too. Won’t be returning. It was honestly just comical and disappointing.
