Amazing food and service. We had the oysters, loaded oysters with uni and caviar, blue fin tostada, clams with chorizo and oyster shooter. All the seafood was very fresh and you can tell the chefs really put their hearts into their food. Octopus was tender and all the flavors seemed very thought out and complex. The service was very friendly and fast. Great wine selection, tried a mojito also and was perfect, not too sweet and very refreshing. The server had daily specials so it seems like the menu can change every time you go so you can always try something new. Would definitely go here again to bring any seafood loving friends and family.

This place has the best happy hour oysters for only $1 each. As well as a great selection of wine and tapas. Only drawback is no liquor license so if you want a cocktail it has to be made with liquor infused saké

We had a wonderful time this Saturday night. We were at the counter bar and what a perfect seat to see the chef in action. All the dishes (we tested and appreciated all the 7) were very tasteful! The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant.

Stopped here for happy hour drinks and oysters. Food was really nice, we had a selection of oysters and ceviche. If I was to come to San Diego again I would stop here again.

My visit to Crudo Ceviche and Oyster Bar was a true delight. The baked oysters were a flavor explosion, while the guacamole and shrimp ceviche were fresh and zesty. The red sangria was the perfect accompaniment. A must-visit for seafood enthusiasts!"

I had the baked oysters because those are bomb! I also tried the Uni Tuna Ceviche. Service is always so wonderful here. I highly recommend coming here for light and shareable plates for tourists and locals!

On my final hours in San Diego, I invited two darling friends to have $1 dollar oysters here. I saw the seafood deal on the Yelp San Diego story and sketched it my brain for future use. I called a couple times to ask about their happy hour and finally made a reservation for a Tuesday afternoon. Located on India Street a couple blocks from Pacific Highway, Crudo is neatly tucked in the heart of Little Italy. The decor is simply lush with a white, gold and off white color pallete. There's a street patio, and a couple of two top tables on the sidewalk with heaters for all the people watchers out there. I had walked past the space a few times back when I worked in the vein of it all, but could never find their business sign, it's subtle; the skeleton of a fish. A fossil you could say. . They definitely made an impression with their plush bar seats and couch bench. I got a four top table along the left wall after entering the open space and waited for my comrades to arrive. Being the lightweight I am, I kept it simple with a glass of sparkling water and lemon. Once the whole party arrived, we started with a dozen oysters which were chilled and tasted like I had hand plucked them from the sea myself. Those didn't last long between the three of us. My friends ordered the veggie toastada and they were pretty in color and filling. There was one for each of us. The ingredients were phresh, but the flavors were bland. I did love the crunchiness of the hard corn tortilla against the spread and soft veggies nonetheless. . Our server was vigilant and made sure to clear our plates in-between dishes and communicated well. Overall, I had a great time dining here and would recommend to anyone wanting quality seafood in San Diego. To beat inflation though definitely go during their happy hour as they are on the higher end of pricing.

So first off the aesthetic of this place is very nice and the food that we did get aguachile , dozen oysters and the pulpo. The food is good. But unfortunately even if your food is good if the service isn’t then it changes the experience. Hostess and waitress just talking to each other and talking to friends coming in and out. Food took awhile to come out compared to other restaurants. We were only one of two people are the time. I think if they had stricter management and waitstaff that were more experienced it would really push this place to be closer to a five star place.
