Crowne Plaza Suffern-Mahwah, an IHG Hotel - Hotel in Suffern - Three, Executive Blvd, USA

Only issue was the basic amenities that were slightly lacking. Some of the outlets didn't work, the blow dryer stopped working after 5 minutes. But other than that it was a nice experience. I went for a company banquet and stayed overnight. The wait staff were exceptional as well as the front desk.

Hospitality was amazing, everyone that greeted us was so pleasant and professional. The overall hotel was very clean. The breakfast was delicious, everything was fresh and the gentleman that made my omelette did a great job. It was made exactly the way I like it. I’m very picky about my food and I had no complaints. The bacon was crispy, the sausage was cooked just right and most of all the eating area was very clean. I would definitely come back again, just to stay at the hotel.

Everything was great during this two-night stay! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The customer service was spot on. The location was convenient for our visit. Wifi connection was great - quick and reliable. We would absolutely stay here again on a future trip!

Overall we had a great experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well-appointed. I asked for a quiet location and we were given exactly what we requested. Check in was fast and efficient and parking was plentiful. We had dinner at the Koi lounge one evening, and noticed the bartender was having trouble taking care of everyone's needs. She was the only one working in that area, and was handling all the food and drinks for everyone at the bar, and tables in the lounge area. It appears that the hotel is understaffed, but they were trying to do a good job. Coffee was available at a self-serve table on several mornings, but one morning, there wasn't any available. It would be nice if this hotel had a coffee bar, for better coffee options and light fare to go. The lobby/atrium area is huge, so they have plenty of room to add one!

I've stayed here for business many times. The check-in procedure was rough, because I did use the IHG site to book. Notwithstanding, the clerk would not accept my usual credit card. I had to fish one out that I normally do not use. The room was through a series of doors to a wing separate from the main lobby / dining area. The room is clean, but there were no places to plug in my tablet and phone near the bed. The bathroom was fine. More lighting would be a bonus. The whole property is actually kind of dark. On the plus side, my credit issue was solved quickly at check out. Breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly and competent. Please give a shout out to the lady from Poland.

This is of hotel was/is perfect for business professionals!! Clean rooms, updated, great price, lounge with awesome food, and a real breakfast buffet. Wow! Awesome! All the folks that work here were kind and helpful. Thanks for a great stay.

I visited the weekend of January 20th for a birthday celebration. The room is fine. First hotel in the US without the tub. I don’t mind because I don’t take baths. Although the shower is beautiful, the design isn’t practical. Floor can easily get completely wet without a towel on the floor. The bed was SO COMFY. I felt like sleeping in a cloud. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet for 19$. The interior design in the middle of the hotel is much more beautiful in person. Pictures and videos don’t give it justice. For th birthday célébrerions we were in one of the banquet hall. The staff was A1 the food was alright. The reason I give the hotel 4 star is the fact wifi. The wifi barely worked… I’m not from the US, so wifi is very important. It was a big inconvenience…
