From check-in to leaving, I encountered superior customer service. Kudos to Thomas, Leighasia, Yu and Supervisor Bim at the Front Desk. My guest room was very clean and spacious. The prompt and efficient room service provided by Mike added to the enjoyment of a delicious late night meal. A tasty lunch at the onsite restaurant the next day was most filling too. My stay this time was brief, but I'm already looking forward to returning and enjoying a comfortable bed and great service at this Crowne Plaza property again.

My unexpected stay at the Crowne Plaza Providence proved to be a delightful experience. Leighasia, also a Front Desk agent, then followed up to see if all was well with my room selection after entry. Supervisor Bim greeted me the next morning most pleasantly at the Front Desk. Then upon departure, Yu, handled my checkout at 4am with professionalism and a friendly attitude.||My guest room was very spacious, with modern furnishings. The prompt and efficient room service provided by Mike added to the enjoyment of a delicious late-night meal. A tasty lunch at the onsite restaurant was very convenient and quite filling.||Since I will be returning to the Providence RI area frequently, it's reassuring to know that the Crowne Plaza is there with top-notch rooms and facilities, and a cadre of staff with such welcoming attitudes.||

**First off, shout-out to employee Nick Davila who helped my girlfriend and I with our bags when he saw us struggling and gave us some amazing recommendations for local outdoor activities, sights, and places to eat. His recommendations were truly appreciated and did not disappoint. Thank you for taking the time to share your knowledge of the area and enhance our trip and overall stay. Our interaction with you became a highlight of our stay."**||The Crowne Plaza itself is in a great location situated near the highway, local shops and restaurants, and PVD airport. Their shuttle to and from the airport is comfortable & convenient. While their weight room may be small, it does the job and has updated equipment unlike many hotels I have stayed at. The pool is also adequate for kids and adults although I did not utilize it. The king room is where this property shines as it is super spacious & phenomenal! The bed is huge, the a/c works perfectly keeping the room very cold during some oddly warm October days, and the bathroom sinks have plenty of space of 2 or more people. Lighting is bright, everything was spotless, the water was hot, and the shower had adequate pressure for the 2 nights I stayed there most recently. The only downfall, if I had to pick one, would be that the pillows seemed to be a bit on the flat end but nothing that diminishes the overall quality of the room.. This is the 3rd time I have stayed here and each and every time I am reminded as to why. I will definitely be staying here in the future and I highly recommend you do too.

I have stayed at the Crowne Plaza, Warwick, several times in the past, as I am from Rhode Island originally and have attended countless events at the Crowne and nearby the Crowne over the course of my life. This was by far the worst stay I've ever had, and will never stay there again. To top it off, I had recommended my sister-in-law stay there as well during this past Holiday visit to Rhode Island, and I was embarrassed to have vouched for the Crowne Plaza, as she was treated terribly by staff. The staff was rude, and unapologetic about being rude, almost as if to say, "Yes, we know we're awful, we know we are rude, but we don't care, we are here to collect our pay check and you're just in our way of that." Also, we stayed 5 nights...and NOT ONCE did the cleaning staff come to clean our room, even after we asked them to, even after the front desk said they would "See if they could send someone...." We were told they only do room cleanings on Tuesday & Thursday...We stayed from Thursday night to Tuesday morning, so no room cleanings, even after I called several times. OUR ROOM — DISGUSTING: Shower didn't drain, heat didn't work it only spit out cold air, which in December in Rhode Island isn't ideal. Also, our toilet wouldn't flush properly. When we brought the problem to the attention of the front desk staff, the lady behind the counter stared at me dead in the eyes, didn't blink, her eyes open big, her eye brows up and replied, "Ok, anything else?" I asked if she was going to fix it or move our room and she said, "I'll 'see' if maintenance is available." Keywords, "see" if they are "available," as if their time is more important than paying guests, and that we might just have to tough it out. As if the maintenance crew were the Kardashians, and we were on their schedule and not the other way around. Room Service? Non Existent. You need to order from the Restaurant's very bland, limited menu, and then walk down to get it. So we decided to order our own food and have it delivered. The food was delivered to the front desk with our room number printed on it by the delivery service, but the staff refused to call our room to tell us it was there. After a couple hours, I went downstairs to check and there was my food, sitting in their bags for who knows how long behind the counter, along with other food orders who's recipients were never notified. My favorite part of this awful stay was check out — never again will I stay there.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the rooms are very clean and comfortable. I used the wifi for business and worked very well. Have stayed there several times and have always had a great experience. I get starbucks in the morning and sometimes a pastry the employee there is very friendly. The restaurant/bar staff are very friendly and the food is good. The front desk staff could not be nicer and it is very close to everything.

In general, the Crowne Plaza brand signals dependable comfort. This hotel delivers well on that brand promise. The rooms are comfortable and decently sized. The bed, pillows, etc are clean and well maintained. The gym is functional and the pool is quite decent. Verdict: Recommended. Great value! It's a big place, and a bit of a hike from the parking lot to the front desk, and then through the lobby to the rooms. We had a puppy with us, so it felt long, at least. But they welcome pets and treat them so well. You'll need transportation to get around - it's kind of secluded. But a great value for the price.

The room was nice, clean and fresh smelling. The bathroom was ridiculously small to where you have to stand in the tight area between the shower and the toilet to close the bathroom door. The breakfast buffet was good, the home fries were the best of any hotel breakfast! Wish there was a microwave in the room to heat up leftover food when hungry. I was unaware of the usage of a pool, but I also did not ask.
