We stayed here to attend a seminar and were very happy with our stay. A few aspects of the room were a little dated (carpet, bathroom, towels) but nothing out of line for the level of hotel (3 star) The cleanliness and comfort of the bed more than made up for any wear and tear. The bed was one of the most comfortable we've had away from home in a long time. Desk staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. My husband enjoyed the pool but we did not try the restaurant or any other amenities. Lots of good and grocery options nearby.

This is honestly one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed at. The staff were so nice and welcoming. The room was very clean. On my last day, I had to check out of the hotel early, and they offered to keep my bags the entire day until it was time for me to catch my train, which was late at night. I felt valued as a customer at this hotel and will definitely stay there on my next vacation :)

Positive: Hotel employee who works in the bar & restuarant provided excellent customer service. I was tired and hungry. She had my food out in minutes. It was a very good cheeseburger cooked to the temperature I ordered. She checked on me at least 3 X. Negative: No ice machine on first floor. Right next to interstate 55. Very noisey.

Our room smelled and we experienced high humidity. The air conditioner kept the room reasonably cool but failed to adequately dehumidify. The entire property felt old & a bit neglected. The staff kept things tidy but we just wondered how many years of dirt & grime lived in the carpet. No trouble getting around and a great area.

The neighborhood is highways - there is nothing to do here, but to sleep, but that was good. The bed was comfortable, the hotel was clean, they had snacks at night and the breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful, from reservation through check in, to getting a ride to the airport — and especially during breakfast. ||Why is that five stars? Our experience was arguably better than the hotel actually is, but hey, I am answering the question with the rating. (Our flight was delayed and we received a voucher here, so I am not looking too deep in the mouth of the gift horse. I checked prices, even if you pay for the stay, it is quite reasonable)

This hotel is an awesome hotel to stay in. 2 minutes off of the exit, this location is safe and easy to find. The rooms are incredibly clean and the staff is very friendly. Bar is located next up the entrance with the dining room adjacent. It's reasonably priced and completely secluded.

My husband and I decided to book for Crowne Plaza for our wedding weekend accommodation. Sandi helped with planning the hotel details; she was helpful, time efficient, patient, and hardworking to help us (as well as both of our parents) meet our needs. Also the bartender we had was excellent, she was friendly, helpful, and made delicious drinks :) My first stay was for my bridal shower/bachelorette weekend. Everyone provided excellent service and the rooms were lovely! The breakfast system had a strange set up, but it was an easy thing to overlook during our nice stay. On my wedding weekend, there were a few hiccups at the hotel, but I also understand that there was a dual event taking place along with new staff trying to learn. The honeymoon suite and the hospitality lounge were beautiful, everyone loved the shuttle rides, and our bartender was awesome! I also appreciated how much effort was put into making my guests, husband, and me feel welcomed. Right when walking through the door, it was easy to tell that our guests were there to celebrate our wedding! Overall, it was still a good stay and I appreciated everyone who was helpful! If you decide to host an event or book a hotel accommodation, definitely book through Sandi.

This hotel has a beautiful lobby. My friend was here on business and stayed here, the first room they got with a king bed reeked of mold or mildew. The front desk clerk moved them expiditiously to a room with double beds. My friend says the breakfast wasn't good 😕.
