Crown Lodge - Motel in Kansas City - 8500 E State Rte 350, USA

Got a flat tire from the parking lot. There were loose screws on the carpet in our room and when I called the office to let them know she told me they were just power washing. How when you have been renovating for the past 6 months? CHECK YOUR PARKING SPOTS BEFORE PULLING IN

Bedroom was disgusting, had mold on the blankets cigarettes holeds and nasty stains also bed had some type of bugs on it. No smoke alarm,holes in the curtains,door doesn't seal all the way. Went to tell te ladies at the front desk and said she couldn't do anything because it was past 15 minutes and only gave me my 5 dollar deposit will be contacting management and health department also they have a expired health permit

I didn't like this place me and a few friends went here and there was only 3 people allowed to stay in the room. They said the 4th person would had to leave not even 2 hours after being there they said our visitor had to leave it wasn't even 10pm at night .

The location is okay but the service is horrible. The staff is rude and the rooms are too pricey for offering no amenities whatsoever.

The customer service is terribleeee!!! Not worth 80 bucks a night either. Needs remodeling!!! All the money they get every night and they can’t afford to replace the rusted toilets, sinks, faucets and even showers. The walls are DIRTY. The worst motel I’ve ever stayed in, even asked for a plunger nearly 3 hours ago and still haven’t been brought to me. The employees are lazy!! Couldn’t ask anyone at front desk, they don’t even speak English. They can’t even install refrigerators or ovens. Please remodel this place asap and hire new employees. Never staying here again

The faucet in the bathtub ran out of hot water and I contacted the front desk and they told me to use my sink ???? I clearly kept telling the lady I don’t have hot water about 6 times and she acted like she couldn’t understand… first of all, why would leave a non English speaker at the front desk alone?? Was also told she couldn’t get ahold of maintenance when they were literally standing RIGHT OUTSIDE. Maintenance even said it has NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM!!! THEY ARE LIARS!!!!!!!!!!!! They will hire just anybody up here. Definitely unprofessional costumer service and they want $80 a night…I just paid them $300 last week and can’t even get anyone to fix my faucets??? Even heard stories of the owner being rude. They definitely mistreat their customers and should be fired and SHUTDOWN, I couldn’t even get a CLEAN room when I came here. The whole place needs modeling. Everything is rusting. Stains EVERYWHERE. Had the nerve to give everyone new mattresses but ZERO REFRIGERATORS AND MICROWAVES. They want 24 hour money but can’t give us 24 hour maintenance. Raised the prices on the vending machine snacks and drinks. Ughhhh!!! Disgusting effing motel

Worst motel. Sheets were dirty. Holes in wall. No lock for door. No microwave or icebox. The bed was too high for short people and people with disabilities. No chairs and had to pay for the card key which should come with the price of the motel. The worst is the smoke alarm doesn’t work, looks like the wire been cut. There is no excuses for a motel to be like that. We will not be back and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Worsted place to ever stay the staff are rude and I would never recommend anyone stay here no matter if the place place in the city to stay I would rather sleep in the snow
