Rooms are not all that for 75 there wasn't even a door handle on the bathroom and someone's dirty socks under tv stand and food on the floor won't go there again I was surprised I didn't see any bugs thank god
The beds were clean. There were no bed bugs or roaches. The owner was very nice.
Terrible I almost got robbed I was driving away a man ran towards my car I'm very scared to go back forget this place oh yeah 0 stars for service
Let's just say.... It's a place to sleep , no Kleenex, no extra towels, but you can smoke so they get 2 stars instead of one
The front desk manager has zero patience! My client paid for a room last night and became stranded. He gave her permission to wait in the lobby until we got there. He got tired of waiting on so he made her leave the property. I even called to ask him to let her stay another hour. He was rude, disrespectful, and was unwilling to help accommodate a person in great need. She wasn’t bothering anybody and was being peaceful while she waited on us to arrive. I would never stay here!
Please do your research before booking at this location! Here is my basic break down of my 4 hr stay... A little over an hr spent in the actual room. Reservation for a $60 room was made online. In person was charged $80 plus a $20 deposit. Walking in to a $100 bill when expecting $60 was my first red flag. In advance called to make sure the room would be accessible for a wheelchair. They said yes. There was about a foot high threshold to the room. Not accessible. Once in the room, wheelchair was unable to even fit through the bathroom doorway.... not accessible. Walls, floors, carpets... pretty filthy, but that's to be expected with cheaper motels. What's not to be expected, in any establishment, are COCKROACHES and BED BUGS!!! After about an hour they started crawling out of the woodwork so to speak. I even googled them, because I thought I was crazy. Definitely not crazy! The only saving grace is that the manager working handled the situation very professionally and did give me a full refund. Leaving me to find an acceptable room at 11:30pm. Oye!
I read the reviews and assumed people were just being snobby. I was so wrong. The room reeked of smoke so bad it was burned into my nose for 3 days. The bed and sheet were full of cigarette burns and a bare mattress under the sheet (no fitted sheet). There was blood on the walls. Spider webs in every corner. The vent and light in the bathroom were missing pieces. The bathroom door was broken and didn't close. It was only $20 less than a reputable hotel. Only positive is the ac worked amazingly. Tldr this place should be shut down and demolished, but save the window units first.
Roach & bed bug infested room. It shouldn't be on hotel sites. It's disgusting & filthy. There are cigarettes burns on everything in the room. There are burns in the bedding. The bedding is filthy. Everything is so dirty. There was blood & who knows what else on the bedskirt and it was the absolute worst motel I have ever walked into. I walked right out after seeing how disgusting it is and the front desk wouldn't give us back our full amount even though he triple charged us compared to what that room goes for on hotel websites. It should be condemned.
