Unfortunately if you’re a person of color. They will make excuses as to why you can’t stay . There was this black family that paid a week up and they told them they had to leave everyday at 11 am and come back at 1:30pm after they have paid a week for their room. Then they turn around and tell them they can’t stay there after they paid their money. Hopefully this family will get what’s owed to them but they were happy to assist other family that were non black. It’s all over FB .
This is the place. I go to when I just need to get away from my family for a bit. Nice hardwood floors and clean.
Very poor service. Called 2 hours before my arrival and was told rooms were available. When I arrived I was told the motel was full but the parking lot wasn't even half full, not to mention they said they couldn't rent me a room for more than one night at a time meaning I had to leave at check out then come back and rent all over again after 2 the next day. No sign was posted saying no vacancy. I arrived by lift so I was literally stranded I had to walk down a dark road to the next motel I wouldn't recommend the Crown Inn to anyone.
A pleasant surprise for such a reasonable price. Owner was super friendly. Room was immaculate and all updated with modern amenities. Far surpasses all the other motels in the area on every level possible. Not to mention it was extremely peaceful with no "undesirables" lurking around bothering guests as most definitely can happen all along the 301 corridor.
We didn't stay... He refused a service animal which is actually against the law, we went down to the ambassador Inn which was very nice! Will never stay here!!
The lady showed me both rooms smoker's and nonsmokers room. I picked the nonsmokers room of course. I didn't understand why nonsmokers room was 5 dollars more. However it was worth it to me... The room was very clean, and quiet. I would definitely stay again...
I came here after our family had lost power due to hurricane Matthew. After 3 hours of searching Fayetteville and the surrounding areas this was literally the only place that had vacancy and was actually clean. The owner was super nice and allowed me to check the rooms prior to checking in. Its quiet and super clean. I couldn't be more happy. If I ever need a place to stay in the future ill be coming here.
The gentleman was very rude, he never greeted when I & my toddler spoke. I handed him my driver's license & he told me hold on proceeded to get his phone video chatting with someone & was on it about 5min with his camera up toward me & my child as if he was filming us. He never said nothing to me as he was on his phone video chatting with his phone up towards me & my child. I then asked him for my license back & told him I will not be staying! He yelled gimme credit card I give you key I said no give me my license I will not be staying sir. The fact the my family & I spent a lot staying here for almost 6 months when I lost my apartment & this is how he treats guests?? Truly disappointed
