Crossroads Motel - Motel in Beresford - 1409 W Cedar St, USA

Friendly and welcoming AND they had rooms on a busy Saturday Night without too much gouging. Don't know whats going on in Sioux Falls but there are no rooms available and even the worst dives are going for $300+ making Sioux Falls an "iffy" destination any more . . . too bad.|The crossroads offered a large, well furnished and comfortable room with no frills other than the retro charm and park at door convenience. Cost is around $100 on this Saturday and we had a coffee maker. No micro nor fridge in room and no breakfast so, overall value just wasn't that great. Otherwise it would garnish 5 stars in my book.

Small town charm and friendly people run this motel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the towels were large and practically brand new. TV channel choices were adequate. And places to eat were within walking distance.

This is a decent hotel. It would be much improved with a typical small refrigerator and microwave. It's rare to find a hotel lacking those basics. Rooms are ok and clean. Definitely a step back in time but just fine. The super 8 across the street is scary on a good day. Walking distance to parks and burger king.

Absolute gem of a place. Really glad I came across this on my trip across the US. Immaculate room and very cosy, I even asked to stay an extra night I liked it so much. The man on reception at the time was very helpful and friendly too. Area seemed very quiet and safe. Burger King right across the street too, sorted!

The gal at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds were ....ok. For the price it would be nice to be able to have breakfast. My first impression when we got there was ....hmm, what did we get into. I think it would be better if the outside was cleaned up and painted. First impression means a lot, but I would stay there again.

HAS SEMI TRUCK PARKING!!!!!!!!!!!! Big fluffy towels We're day sleepers and I called him the night before. He said that He thanked me for calling and coming back to stay there. AC WORKS great, TV came in clear.. The man opened the office up so we could go to our room early in the morning.. And when we are back that way again we will be staying there.

We stayed here during a storm in January. We had to pull off the interstate because it was too bad to continue driving. The gentleman at the front desk was so welcoming and we stayed in a clean room and slept well, it is not a new motel, however they have keep this place clean and inviting!! My daughter left her smart watch in the room, we didn’t notice until we got home the next day. The owner was so very kind and went above and beyond by sending it to us Priority mail!! Recommend staying if you are in the area!

It was a great and quiet place the old man was real nice and the rooms was real nice no fridge or microwave but I didn't mind slept like a champ in there
