On August 3, 2023, When we were deciding whether to stay the night at crossroads we went to the front desk and a young lady by the name of Sidney helped us. While we were discussing on other hotels, she pulled up chairs for us. She and her manager went out of the way to help us and were very polite. I wanted you to know about Sidney and her manager because they were very helpful and kind.
Every member of your hotel staff, restaurant, and bar staff we met were very welcoming and friendly people. The hotel itself was beautiful, very clean and comfortable. Thank you for the hospitality and the wonderful stay at your hotel.
Crossroads is a trendy industrial-vibe hotel in a cool downtown neighborhood. We stayed here for a couple of nights while we were in town for a friends birthday, and had such a great time at the hotel we barely needed to leave. The lounge area has great drinks and pizza, and the staff was all super friendly and helpful. We'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in KC!
The best customer service I have ever encountered. It is Ritz Carlton service with a down to earth vibe. The team members are exceptional. Room is very well appointed. Location has a Soho or Greenpoint Brooklyn kind of feel. Loving my stay!
|| I though the stay was great, amenities were great. Food was great at the hotel. It is just in a bit of a weird location. Only thing that I think can improve is the valet processes. I would like my vehicle to be in a covered parking spot for 35 dollars a night it sat in an open uncovered parking lot.
Wow. Such a great place. Very cool atmosphere from start to finish. Agree with others that coffee maker in the room would be a positive addition. Bar was great. Pizza was yummy. Rooms were comfortable, clean, and upscale.
Room looked nicer than I saw on the website. Has a nice cozy vibe with classy but not to fancy furniture. Warm lighting all through the the hotel and room was very comforting. Service was stellar all around the valet was excellent
I visited KC an entire week for work and while I was in town stayed at the Crossroads Hotel. The place is awesome. Great vibes, very friendly staff, awesome room. It is in the art district area of KC so it has kind of a hipster modern vibe but super well done.
Stephanie, Jade and Kelly were all amazing to deal with. Everyone made us feel important and cared for. We planned this trip to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary and it was a flawless experience. The building has beautiful architecture and a rich history and the staff are all so very hospitable. We will definitely be coming back next year for our anniversary!
