We just had our phones installed last week. It was a most seamless installation of any office equipment i have ever had. The day of the installation they were here on time, got started right away and even the CEO Scott came out to help with it. They cleaned up and took our old phones and wires. JP our representative is so personable and easy to get a hold of. He came out the morning of the front office using the new phones and went over the features and any questions they had. All and all the best experience with a Company I think I have ever had.

Our phone system is through CrossPath and it's fantastic. You hear scary stories about VOIP but we have perfect service. The phone itself is new and easy to use. Their customer service is responsive and helpful. The one time the phone lines were down, the company immediately sent notice and kept us informed. After they were fixed, the company sent an email detailing what went wrong, how it was fixed and what they implemented to prevent a repeat.

CrossPath Telecom has been great for my businesses over the last several months. Their technicians were very informative during our setup process and have allowed us to continue to adjust our services as we used the system more. Highly recommend!
