Do NOT book this place!! There is no refund no way no how I booked this place on an app for 7 days I was paid up for the week but I left 3 days early THE SHOWER DID NOT WORK THE HEATER DID NOT WORK. THERE WASNT ANY HOT WATER FOR THE FIRST 2 nights I was there. The shower didn’t have a curtain. There wasn’t even a trash can or microwave I had to request them. The place is filthy the guy that works there at night is the only positive I can come up with. Oh yeah the curtains aren’t hung with clips They just wrap missmatched Curtains

This place bills itself as an extended stay hotel, but I can't imagine anyone wanting to spend more than a night or two here. I was in town for a wedding and reserved a room here using the Travelocity blind booking function. The room was cheap, which is about the only thing I can say in its favor. ||||The hallway was dank and dimly lit. In my room (103), the security lock (the one with the bracket) was hanging halfway off, making it absolutely useless for security. In my bathroom, the toilet leaked around the base and the towel rack on the back of the door was hanging halfway off. The carpet in my room was stained, and in the kitchen, there was a half-empty bag of popcorn in the cabinet. The whole place felt cheaply constructed, to the point that anytime someone walked across the floor in the room above me, it sounded like my ceiling would come down.||||This place seems like it may have been an acceptable budget hotel at some point, but those days are long gone. It looks like the owner hasn't spent a dime on upkeep in decades.||||Also, the hotel advertises a fitness room. It looks like the fitness room is nothing more than a room with a single treadmill and a stationary bike. If that's all you need, great. Just something to consider.||||Also, confusingly, there is another Crossland just next door, on Lindbergh. If you have the misfortune to find yourself staying at this place, make sure you go to the one on Chapel Ridge Road.

We booked this hotel because of the kitchen and the pool, the website states that you have a pool. We booked in and went to room, I ordered a smoking deluxe suite-it only had one bed, was suppose to have a sofa( there was no sofa) and it wasn't smoking. Front desk said its should have a sofa, never heard back from them, my kids had to make a pilot on the floor, we was trying to make the best of it. After contacting front desk, we changed into our swimsuits, went to the pool and it was closed, went to front desk with my two kids and was told it would be open tomorrow at 10a. We went to Walmart and spent $101 on food (to use in the kitchen). After sleeping on the floor my kids woke, they couldn't wait to get to the pool, only to find out it still wasn't open. Front desk said well its not open and wont be open, it has to be inspected and the front desk person yesterday should of never told us it would be open. I said well we are here another night and we booked this hotel for the pool, they didn't care. I then asked where our sofa was they agrees the room should have one but they didn't have one to give us. I said I cant have them sleep on the floor again. She said we could check out to be out by 12, it was already almost 11. it was 90 degrees out, all of the cold food was ruined we couldn't check into another hotel until3p, no one cared. I was very disappointed that the website stated you have a pool, no sofa, I even called for a hair dryer-guess what there was no hair dryer.

Front desk employee was very friendly and nice. Room was on third floor and there is no elevator. Advertised a free breakfast and there wasn't any. I think the bath tub was missing a support beam has I kept wanting to fall through the floor. The rooms have kitchens and someone was cooking as it smelled the whole floor and it wasn't pleasant. Pass on this place.

Been here for a while. There's only 1 male housekeeper, so many of the rooms don't get cleaned weekly. If you stay longer than a week, you're supposed to get weekly cleaning. Though I'm no longer there, I think I'll call corporate about some kinda refund for being inconvenienced. And a friend who is still there says now there's a "key" problem. People have to be let into their rooms. No housekeeping, and oh, I killed 2 roaches when I was there. Not worth all the money that they charge. Fake smiles and fake apologies aint gone cut it. Nothing's going to get right as long as they have fake people running it and working there. Need help? yeah right. Not if they're on their cell phone. Hey! How about giving discounts to the people for y'all not living up to what's written in their reservations? Supposed to get weekly housekeeping ya know.

Really nice room and bed. Has a complete kitchenette but no cook or silver ware, so bring your own. Has a smallish pool, but in good condition. Not much in the neighborhood for food except a 7/11 & a subway. They own hotel next door, but a whole lot cheaper for the night, or wk. Not much to look at, but seemed very safe and secure.

The people that work here are absolutely amazing Ashley I don't know the others names the manager is just absolutely beautiful spirit and I really enjoyed my stay the cleanliness and the professionalism the friendliness and the overall quality of service that you get from these people are just exemplary! They were very friendly and welcoming when I first arrived I love how they are just real people that you can conversate with about General life things. The welcoming and cleanliness are a big thing for me and just sitting and hearing the camaraderie and seeing just how hard the maintenance and housekeeping people work together and they work extremely hard and more than earn a paycheck they go above and beyond to make sure that your stay is comfortable and this truly is a home away from home I will never stay in another hotel in St Louis again unless it's this one I definitely give this 5 stars because they give five star service five star comfortability and five star professionalism and friendliness. Thank you guys for making my stay so awesome and doing such an awesome job you guys are absolutely amazing!!!

I am almost 50 years old and have travelled for busy and pleasure for many years, and while the area is ok, the inside of this hotel is the worse I have ever seen in my life. I really don't know what was worse, but together the experience was horrifying! Need specifics? Toilet didn't flush, curly hair on the toilet seat, toothpaste and fifth all over the sink, stains on bed spread, carpet very smelly and dirty, old and broken cabinets and appliances. The bed screamed bed bugs me but I didn't have the courage to pull the sheet back.

Food is very good and the price is reasonable. Nice little place that seems like most of the business is carry-outs; if you are looking for a sit-down you may want to get there early or a bit late as seating capacity is low.

First time eating here. Food was very good. The steak was cooked just like I asked. I added shrimp to my meal and was kinda disappointed because they were very small. But other than that the food was excellent and the service was great. We dinned in.

Pretty amazing food, coming from a little hole in the wall. This restaurant has been around for as long as I can remember! Anytime I visit STl, we are definitely stopping by for a meal! Crab ragoons are the best! NOT sweet, but full of flavor! U

I really enjoy the trail around the park. Field up top is large, perfect for a football game. The playground is well maintained and the the racket ball courts are nice. Only downside is the tennis courts need a serious overhaul.
