An absolute paradise for any athlete looking for a gym that will push you to be the best you can be. The programming is perfect for all ranges of athletes, the coaches are incredibly supportive, and the community is unbeatable. The equipment is also top notch and impeccably maintained!
I’ve been both a member and coach at a number of different CrossFit gyms over the past 10 years and CFWS truly has an exceptional staff (especially the head coach Sarah) and a great community! The programming is thoughtfully designed to help everyone become a fitter version of themselves and the class environment is just the right amount of competitive without being intimidating. Regardless of where you are in your exercise journey you should stop by!
An unbelievable community filled with athletes of all ages and skill level. The small class sizes create an intimate learning environment for all members that cannot be found at any other CrossFit gym. I joined CFWS to satisfy my competitive itch after college sports, but stayed because of the outstanding coaches and programming. Unlike other gyms, the owners at CFWS are constantly upgrading the facility and equipment to create the best experience for their members. Since joining, I've seen consistent improvements in every aspect of my fitness; specifically, gymnastics and olympic weightlifting. If you're trying to learn new and challenging skills, while competing with like-minded peers, look no further.
I dropped in here while in NYC for work. I found the location to be easily accessible by foot. The coach was friendly and welcoming. The program was very challenging and the members were also pleasant. Definitely recommend if you are coming through Manhattan and looking for a place to drop in.
Small but amazing. Sarah does an incredible job with the programming. Definitely a very welcoming group. Love the community aspect.
Great gym! Coaches are excellent and community is chill. Highly recommend for anyone interested in CrossFit from first timers to experienced.
A lovely place with good coaches and nice members. Thanks for the workout and warm welcome during our stay a few weeks back.
Recently moved back to NYC and joined CrossFit Wall St. It was my first time trying CrossFit and here is my key takeaway: for anyone trying to get fit AND have fun, definitely try out CrossFit Wall St! I have been weightlifting by myself for a while but never really got a great momentum, and CrossFit has dramatically changed the trajectory for me. Have been clearing my PR many times thanks to the very well structured program and awesome coaches here. I am NOT a morning person and I am quite shocked at myself for waking up in the morning for 7am classes every weekday - and I am actually excited for these classes. Every day you get a different set of workouts (WOD) so you never have time to get bored. Plus, a great thing about CrossFit is everything can be modified / scaled so that you can enjoy the same workout as everyone else regardless of your background / skill level. Lastly, the best thing about this facility is the people. All the coaches (Keith, Lola, Sarah, and Somerton) are amazing, attentive, and most importantly fun people to be around. Member community is also very robust. I am not a natural extrovert but everyone here is so nice and I never had any issues blending in & have fun together.
Absolutely love F45 midtown location! The gym is huge and spacious, the equipment in great condition , and the instructors rock. Theyâre always very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to injuries/ substitutions and I feel I get a great workout
Great class. All the coaches organize classes to push you but allow you to workout to your level. The workout space is not overcrowded and the environment makes you forget youâre actually running!
Just started going here but I never leave disappointed. This gym is for pros, beginners and everyone in between. Theyâve created a positive and inclusive space where you can be comfortable no matter your background or skill level. Friends told me a
Most challenging class Iâve taken yet! Iâve done lots of HIIT and functional training classes but Coach Justin took it to the next level. He kept my partner and I motivated through a series of unique sets. Will definitely return next time Iâm i
Iâve been to various OT and I just started going to the one on 39th st. It was a great first experience. The instructor was Alex and I appreciate that he made sure everyone had the right form and doing the exercises properly. I also liked the music
I did my first class at Barryâs for free with the Corporate Challenge! I did not have much expectation going into the class, just pictured it as a regular workout class people goto. However, my perspective changed after completing my first sessio
CompleteBody on 19th Street is like a home away from home. Lovely staff, friendly members, facilities and an environment you want to be in to train and get results. Thank you for having us.
Great class plenty of seating and classes arenât too full. They do have showers and towels only 2 but again not so busy. Beautiful outdoor space to enjoy after class.
I have been to a good number of gyms including both private and public, school gyms and the ones at apartment complex--basically different gyms every time I move to a new place as we all have. Among all of them, this gym has been my absolute favorite
I have been training at amazing gyms for over 40 years. But Temple West Village stands out because they hit all the marks of a gym you can call home. Starting with the manager, Pat, who sets the bar high for staff and how they treat members. Within t
Eko is the best property manager Iâve ever met. He is very reactive and provide service as soon as possible. My 4 months tour in NYC is indispensable without his help.
One of the best bibimbaps Iâve ever had! Cozy space so there is not a lot of seating, but would get it as take-out if needed. Will definitely go back!
Great, fantastic experience. My girlfriend and I came here for the first time during a trip to NYC and it's so great. The location at night in the winter at night was a bit unfamiliar but it's on a main street and near a subway entrance so that's a t

Tickets were crazy affordable, especially in NYC terms. I went with a group of friends to celebrate my birthday. It was wayyy cheaper than going to the movies. They had an amazing line-up and the retro 80s vibes were intimate and chill. Plus the come
Out of all of the Georgian restaurants Iâve been to in Brooklyn and Manhattan, Mealz is the one that exceeded my expectations. The food was delicious, not to mention the service was amazing. Overall, the environment was very comforting and friendly

My husband and I lived here for around 3 years and absolutely loved it. The views are incredible. Even more so was the staff, they are kind and welcoming, maintenance was always quick to resolve any issuesâ¦I couldnât have asked for anything more
The entertainment and musical experience On The Move brought to life for our wedding TRULY left us speechless, so we wanted to share a few notes from our guests. âI was just reminiscing and the band playing Pepas on their instruments while walking
