Great CrossFit gym with a supportive family atmosphere and really great coaches. Is CrossFit tough? Yes. Is CrossFit more expensive than the "pack 'em in" giant fitness centers? Yes. Is it worth it? Absolutely. CrossFit VP supports your journey to get and stay healthy. Also, this is not an intimidating place to be. The coaches will ease you into the program but also challenge you to give 100%, whatever that might be for you. They are also great at helping you modify/scale your workout around any limitations you might have.

Absolutely love this gym! I'm coming up on my 3-year anniversary with CFVP. When I got started, I was seeking a gym that would hold me accountable to working out more consistently and decided an investment was worth it. This place has a community of members like no other -- encouraging, fun, and goal-driven, no matter what those goals are. Coaches are intentional and the programming varies so every day is unique and keeps the whole body in mind. Highly recommend if you're looking to take your fitness to the next level!

CrossFit VP is a great place. I had not done much exercise and have to modify some things. At 67, I wasn't sure it was for me, but I needed to do something. With the encouragement of my family, I started this journey 9 months ago. The coaches work with you, are patient, push you and help you get the best results. It's nice not having to think about what I'm going to do, it's planned for you! Everyone I have met in the community are really nice, encouraging, and supportive. Come join us!

I started coming here in September 2021. I have enjoyed it ever since. Before CrossFit, I did workout at a gym and at another time used a personal trainer. After I was tired of paying for that, I tried something else and CrossFit VP has been a perfect fit. The people (coaches and other attendees) are very welcoming, the location is great and convenient, and I have already started seeing the benefits. My face looks thinner, and I have been sleeping a lot better since joining. I try to make it in at least 3-4x a week and I'm so glad I found CrossFit VP!

Since joining Crossfit Valley Park, I have made numerous friends, gotten in much better shape, become stronger, I feel better about myself and working out has become the highlight of my day. Don't get me wrong, the workouts that we do are daunting and just looking at what we are going to do for that day can fill you with a small sense of dread. Even so, I have not yet regretted a single day of going there. All of the coaches are very encouraging and can always help you work around any injuries or inabilities that you might have. Five stars is not nearly enough for this wonderful haven full of amazing people.

This is a great place to get in shape! I came to VP Crossfit not knowing anyone or anything. I've been attending classes 4 days a week for 3 months now and have never felt and looked better. The coaches are awesome and take time to explain everything. They keep a close eye on people to make sure they are lifting and and doing the workouts safely and correctly. I highly recommend giving Valley Park Crossfit a chance!

I love this Gym! Was a member back when it opened around 2009. I recently made the decision to go back. It was the best decision I’ve made in years with regard to my fitness. If you want to work hard among a large group of people who care about your well being and want you to succeed, don’t wait another day. It’s all there, you’ll find advanced, intermediate & beginners. And everyone works together as one community, just doing the work. Coaches and owners are all experienced, strong, fit people.

So glad to be a part of this community. Joined Crossfit Valley Park almost a year ago. I never imagined I would be doing Crossfit in my 40’s but here I am killing it😆. The support from the coaches and fellow workout peeps is amazing. Everyone encourages each other to push harder and the workouts can be modified to suit your fitness level. I have definitely surpassed the goals I set for myself when I joined and am continually growing and getting stronger. In addition, this gym has made me want to be a better me and I will be smoke free for 6 months on 8/21. Thank you guys.
