CrossFit The Den LLC - Gym in Medford - 943 Automation Way, USA

Was in Medford for a week and needed a space to sweat. The Den was a great find! Good programming, Shannon coached and was fantastic and the folks I worked out with put in the work and were supportive. Definitely recommend 🤘🏼

I wanted to get out of my comfort zone, but never could commit. 6 months ago I sat in the parking lot and didn’t walk in.. Finally, about a month ago, I just… did it. Today, I’m happier than ever, and always look forward to tomorrow’s workout. Don’t be me 6 months ago.. just walk through the door. It’s easy!

Dropped in at CrossFit the Den twice while visiting the area and everyone was so welcoming! Had two great workouts with fantastic coaches. Great community feel. Will definitely be back next time we’re in town!

I dropped into The Den, two days while visiting Southern Oregon for work. Alan was super friendly and helped me check in and sign the drop in paperwork. The three coaches that I ended up interacting with were incredibly friendly & welcoming. Best of all this gym has a great vibe! I’d highly recommend dropping in if you were in town!

I was passing through Medford and wanted to get my body moving after two days of driving. From the moment I sat down to put my shoes on the coach came up to introduce herself and welcome me to the gym. While I was lacing up a member started chatting with me and we bantered for a few minutes before class started. Between sets another members chatted me up. Super welcoming environment and very easy to sign up for a drop in as I already had a push press account with my gym in Canada. I felt right at home sweating with everyone.

My friend introduced me to this gym and I’m thankful that she did. It’s nice going to a gym and not having to worry about what type of workout to do or if your working out hard enough or even if your form is correct. They go over every movement and help the new people a lot with anything there struggling with. They also are very good at encouraging you and giving you good feedback! Really enjoying my time at the den!

I have never tried CrossFit before, I am so thankful that I came to this gym. I was nervous I wouldn’t know what to do, but the coaches are awesome about giving feedback. They help me with modifications I can make and I feel like any skill level can do the workouts. However, the workouts always push! The environment is so kind and inviting. The workouts are amazing and fun! I highly recommend this gym!

Attended the gym as a drop in. They have plenty of equipment and the staff is very knowledgeable and experienced. I required modifications to the WOD due to a healing injury and the instructor was very helpful in determining a movement that protected my injury but still gave me a great workout. The members were friendly and made me feel welcome. I will be returning.
