We messaged ahead of time on IG about dropping in, got a quick response. Their website is currently under construction so they said to come in a minutes early to sign the waiver and pay. The gym was easy to find. The coach greeted us friendly and took care of us. The workout was solid and everyone was really friendly. Large, clean facility. Would definitely go back.
I can’t say enough about this place. All of the coaches are exceptional. The owners are passionate about fitness and my entire family has found a home with CF Taino. My wife and I love the adult classes and my kids are crazy about the kids classes.
Every workout can be as challenging as you want or scaled down to meet your individual needs. The programming is also very well done. Never dull or repetitive.
CrossFit may cost a bit more than the traditional gym, but the community, coaching, and results are well worth it!
I was on vacation for my son birthday when I decided to look for a crossfit gym to workout!! I came across this incredible atmosphere with great reviews. I sent them a DM and I got a quick respond. I dropped in and the people made me feel extremely comfortable. I felt like it was my home crossfit. I definitely recommend this place. The coach Alexis is really good. If you are a resident definitely join and if you are visiting contact them and drop in! You won’t regret it
To put it in a few words its just a big family. The coaches are very professional, knowledgeable and genuinely passionate. The owners are very welcoming and you can tell they truly care about each and every one of their members from the young kids to the most advanced athletes that work out here. Doesnt matter what your fitness level is, in this place you will be able to improve it at your own pace while gaining a lot of friends that are only gonna push you to give it your all every time. They make working out fun for everybody so its hard to not wanna come and put in the work. After lifting weight on my own for roughly 15 years and Orange Theory for about one year I was a little skeptical about trying CrossFit just to find out that my only regret has been not switching sooner. Come and take advantage of their 3 FREE trial classes, you can thank me later!
It’s a great place. The equipments are well keeping, excellent installations, the coaches are very professional, motivating and inspiring people.
Additionally, the programming is adaptive for all fitness levels and they also have a supportive community. The athletes are very friendly and you always feel welcome.

In February I dropped in looking for a new box to go to. After the class I knew I found my new home. The coaches are so involved in your performance making sure all movements are done correctly. Their programming has purpose. I was at my previous Crossfit location for almost 2 years and was no where close to how I am now. After 3 months I am in the best physical shape I have ever been in. Great place for beginners, drop ins and people looking for a new home.
