Not only great coaches that get you into the gym, but coaches that make you want to stay and come back again and again! Coaches that are kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. They truly have your best interest at heart!! Amazing coaches also make for an amazing community of people who encourage and cheer you on. It may be you vs you working out, but you’re part of something so much bigger! Having a kids room is a huge bonus to help crush those fitness goals!

Best place I’ve been to in Milton/Pensacola. Not only did they push me to be a better athlete, they went the extra mile to help me on form after workouts, suggest specific nutrition, and on certain occasions, let me try their own personal gear before recommending anything. They made me and everyone else feel like family every time we walked in. 5 stars is an understatement. Huge shout out to Cassie for having such a positive attitude and being an excellent coach. Thank you SRC!

I moved from Texas to Florida and I was looking for a new CrossFit to go to... I found CrossFit SRC! On the first day I walked in, the community was so friendly and welcoming, makes you feel right at home! After one workout I knew SRC was for me! The workouts/programming is amazing! You’ll work on all different skills, such as cardio, weightlifting, and gymnastics. Not to forgot about their amazing coaches, the coaches definitely so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! If you want to feel great after a workout everyday, I recommend going to SRC! You’ll love it!! CrossFit SRC is for everyone!

At CrossFit SRC, they are so much more than a box or gym. The trainers and owners put everything they have into making sure all members are pleased with each and every experience while at the facility. The trainers are focused during each workout to ensure that everyone who is working out is performing the moves/exercises correctly and offering plenty of support and motivation throughout. They have a great selection of supplements and sometimes offer free nutrition classes. After all of the recent upgrades, it is obvious the owners, Tyler and Ed, make it a point to put back into the box what they earn. A wonderful, friendly and family oriented atmosphere. I’m so glad I chose CrossFit SRC!!! You definitely need to come check them out!

I have been to several other CrossFit gyms, and this is by far my favorite. There are only a few coaches here and they often are here together. They are personable and remember their members by name. They like to joke with the clients but are not afraid to tell you if they believe you can push harder or with better form. Often class sizes go anywhere from three people up to maybe ten or so. Equipment is all in like new condition. If it starts getting to beat up the clean and repair or replace it. They also like adding new equipment. Liberal amount of gym for the amount of people in it, which is great.

I was in Milton for 3 weeks and there's not much out there so I was extremely happy that they have such a great box here. I've dropped into many boxes in the states and this is definitely one of the best ones I've visited. The gym was always clean and their equipment is in great shape. Beware if you are a chalk monster though, the gym was so clean I was afraid to use any chalk haha. The people were always nice and welcoming which is a big deal for me. The coaches were awesome! They did a great job explaining the WODs, giving scaling options and target ranges of where you should be in the workout depending on skill level. Overall, one of the best boxes I've dropped in to. Thank you Tyler, Ed, Kalani, Lauren, and the rest of the awesome crew here!

I’ve been a member of CrossFit SRC for almost a year. The coaching staff is conscientious and knowledgeable; I feel safe, encouraged, and motivated. Plus, there is a supportive and positive environment curated and maintained by the members. I’ve been able to improve my overall fitness and strength through consistent effort. This quite often IS the best hour of my day!

I've been going to SRC the last ~5.5 months and it is fantastic! All the coaches are very personable and they make sure members have a great workout and perform movements properly. A lot of new equipment was put in during my time here (barbells, pullup bars, abmats)! Sad to move away but glad to be a part of such a great gym!
