CrossFit Solus - Gym in Sherman - 2001 Skyline Dr d400, USA

Crossfit Solus has been my home gym for nearly 5 years! Great facility & equipment, clean & comfortable. I'm there at least 5 days a week, with some of the most amazing people I've ever met! The Coaches are knowledgeable, caring & motivating, no matter your level of fitness. What I love is that everyone celebrates each other's accomplishments and goals, big and small! It's my happy hour for sure!

I have been with CrossFit Solus for the last 6 years. Hands down one of my favorite gyms I’ve been to. Equipment is well maintained and clean. Trainers and other gym members are the friendliest in town. Definitely a place to go if you want to see results and grow friendships!

I have been here for 6 years now, and I love it! Never thought I would feel so motivated to work out, but the community you have here really helps! The coaches are amazing and really know how to work with you and scale things down if needed. We are a family at Solus and always cheer each other on and know how to have fun while doing it!

CrossFit Solus is a gym for everyone at any stage in their fitness journey. Teens, kids, adults, seasoned athletes and those just getting started. Our family alone checks all these boxes. This gym is family, motivation, inspiration and the best dang CrossFit gym around! I could not recommend it more.

I am a working mom of two kiddos who joined CrossFit solus because I needed some encouragement. I have been a Crossfit Solus member for over a year now. It’s been such a blessing. I have met so many wonderful individuals that love working out, but most importantly love encouraging people. I came to Solus 2 months ago and I couldn’t be happier that I made the switch. The coaches are so great. I’ve done things I never thought I could with the guidance of the coaches and pointers from fellow members. It’s a clean, positive, professional gym. 5 stars

Well, today was my first day at CrossFit Solus and it was......AMAZING!!! This was something I've wanted to do for more than 5 years and I finally did it!! Mark, my coach was great! He was patient, helpful and encouraging!! Looking forward to going back again tomorrow and becoming even more fit and in shape!! I joined Solus in November of 2021. I was needing fulfillment in a variety of areas. The box not only has challenged me physically, but the coaches have pushed me mentally. The community is perhaps the strongest selling point. The people are genuinely interested in you. This isn’t just a group workout. You suffer together for an hour and then encourage and strengthen each other after its over. I have been blessed to develop good friendships in only a short time. I love CrossFit Solus, and there are not enough stars to demonstrate how much.
