CrossFit SoCo is the BEST gym in the Springs. I didn't have much of a community before I started there and they welcomed, supported, and encouraged me. The coaches are literally some of the best people I know, both inside and outside of the gym, and the whole gym is kind and they both accept you but also push you towards your goals. I wouldn't be where I am today without SoCo.
I've loved my experience at SOCO! I am far from a gym buff, but the coaches and other members have helped me learn and feel confident. I've seen progress in my form, strength and ability. If you've been thinking about trying CrossFit, this is a great place to start, but also has a strong gym community of seasoned athletes. Plus, the music is pretty much always great.
Sophie and Alexa were rockstars!!! My daughter and I were in town for the USA Weightlifting Nike National Youth Championships. They took us in as guests and made sure we had everything we needed for my daughter to knock out her workout...she swept with three gold medals and claimed the National title!
The whole SoCo team was extremely nice and welcoming to me and my family. The gym is very organized, clean, and has a lot of space. We came from out of town and their team did the extra mile to accommodate us. We are very thankful, 100% recommend.
All of the coaches are absolutely amazing! I highly recommend crossfit soco to anyone! I've never done crossfit before in my life and was very intimidated to join a crossfit gym. All the coaches are super knowledgeable and coach you through everything and the members are extremely supportive!!!
Amazing gym and overall training facility! Coaches were VERY welcoming and gave awesome cues during the workout. Would revommend this gym to anyone dropping out of town or living locally!
