I took the class that was offered at Great Raft Brewing. First time trying CrossFit, I was a little intimidated, but Mark’s explanation and demonstration put me at ease. Such a fun workout, I am feeling it today (quads are on fire!). Would recommend for anyone interested in CrossFit to go to this gym.
The best gym environment I’ve been in! Everyone is very supportive and kind. The coaches are extremely attentive and helpful. I came in as a total beginner and every coach has explained all of the lifts and movements with thoroughness. They place emphasis on making sure form is correct, and do a great job of explaining how the muscles work during different exercises. Anyone looking for a new gym should definitely try CF Sage out! Whether complete beginner or experienced CFitter!!
Happy to work out and spend time at a gym with some great people. The coaches make everyone feel welcome and have a lot of experience to make the workout just what you need. I’ve got my own fitness goals, which fit great into the gym vibe of “we’re here for you.” This is what CrossFit is about! I recommend CF Sage for anyone interested
Great place!! Everyone is very supportive and inviting. Safety is super important, and the teachers of the classes are very attentive. Been going for a couple of months, and I've been feeling the improvements. I've personally known some of the staff for decades, and really impressed with the welcoming and positive environment.
Mark and Taylor introduced me to CrossFit and got me hooked. Great place for beginners and experienced athletes. Community is top notches and collaborative. Awesome gym

Dropped in for a class when I was visiting town and really enjoyed the gym! The instructor TJ explained all the movements well and I liked how there was both a warmup and cool down to the workout. Would definitely go when I'm in town again!
