CrossFit RXD has been my gym for 2 years now. I absolutely love coming for my 5am class. The coaches are very knowledgeable and teach the correct forms for all of the workouts. The community spirit is awesome here. Everyone motivates each other. I was nervous to try CrossFit but it’s honestly changed my life. I’m stronger, healthier and happier with the help of RXD.
All of the coaches at CrossFit RXD are amazing and I love working with all of them. They all have different coaching styles that are helpful and make my experience here so enjoyable. The gym is always clean and the equipment well taken cared of. The people here are some of the friendliest and welcoming I’ve come across. After bouncing around to different gyms I finally found my home here at CrossFit RXD. I’ve been here for a year now and I will definitely be coming here for years to come.
Great gym! Great community! CrossFit RXD makes you feel like family from your very first visit. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and take time to teach every movement of the WOD’s (workout of the day). This gym offers classes like Olympic lifting, renegade, power hour on the weekends and skill classes to better your overall health. I currently workout here with my dad and sister and could not be happier! We highly recommend stopping in and taking a class. You won’t regret it!
Disappointed that the business was still showing operational but attempted to sign up and received error messages. Then attempted to call them directly and states the number has been changed to an unknown number. Checked their other pages like Facebook and found that they went out of business end of July.
The coaches are knowledgeable, very friendly, and inclusive. The programing is thought out and with purpose. The gym is equipped with great equipment and the place is clean. Very friendly atmosphere and welcoming to newcomers. I highly recommend Crossfit RXD for those new to Crossfit or someone just looking for a new gym.
This gym is more than a place to workout it is a wonderful place to connect with amazing people! The coaches are knowledgeable and friendly, the facility is clean and has plenty of equipment in good working order, and the workouts are hard! Can’t ask for much more than that at a CF gym. I love this place and the people in it! It makes me so happy to go there everyday. Talk about making fitness fun!
I love being a part of this community. The coachs are awesome. Everything is super clean and the members are so very friendly and inviting. Crossfit RXD is for everyone!! Even those of us that are not super strong and have injuries that prevent me from doing all the things. They are so accommodating and really care about each member individually.
I've been a member at RXD since they opened their doors 12 years ago and I'm having more fun now than I've ever had. I'm 57 years old and honestly feel I'm in the best shape of my life and it is due to the coaching and the programming that keeps it fresh and motivating. The friends I've made make at RXD make it such a fun and competitive gym that I can't imagine going anywhere else!
