Such a great place to workout especially for someone who likes direction with their workouts. Helps to keep on task and going. And the staff there are super nice!

I love this gym. It's about community and encouraging everyone to reach their goals. There's also a wide range of supporting services/classes - Eat Fit Go delivers, yoga classes, barbell classes, etc.

Individuals from all walks of life, every shape and size, color and creed are welcomed, encouraged and loved the moment they step through the doors. The coaches and staff are unmatched. They are professional and beyond helpful. The owners are some of the best people you can encounter. This gym and the people that pour into it make CFR an experience you want to return to.

One of the nicest gyms I've been to. Very helpful and friendly staff. An actually "how to" into to CrossFit program that breaks all the basics down so your not just walking into a WOD blind, which is awesome and something I've never seen at the gyms I've been to over the years. Totally recommend! Planning on being there for years to come.

I’ve been going to CrossFit Republic for 9 months now and nearly every aspect of my life has improved! I’ve lost weight and gained muscles but have also gained a new family, unmeasurable confidence, and a solid drive to maintain a healthy diet. I never would have thought that I would belong or be able to CrossFit but with the support of the trainers and being able to scale to my abilities, I’ve been presently surprised. The owners of CrossFit republic genuinely care about people and are the nicest ever! Don’t let the word “CrossFit” scare you! Good gym with good people. Clean CrossFit gym with great equipment. The workouts are good and the programming makes sense. It feels silly having the go through the progressions for workouts with Olympic lifts since I know what I'm doing, but if you're a new lifter or new to CrossFit that's why they do it. They do a good job teaching the proper technique. I will be a member here for a while. They are also taking many sanitation steps to help prevent COVID in the gym.
