I dropped into CF NOLA regularly for 7 weeks in the Spring of 2022. They were incredibly accommodating, kind, knowledgeable, and flexible. The coaching staff was excellent, the members treated me as family, and the facility was clean, well stocked, and professional. Whether you're in town temporarily or live locally, I'd highly recommend you consider calling CF NOLA your home.
CrossFit NOLA is amazing. I have worked out in several crossfit gyms and CrossFit NOLA is undoubtedly one of the very best ones. The coaches are truly committed to our health and fitness. They are super friendly and highly competent. The 3 gym locations make it super convenient and accessible. So much variety in types of sessions!

I cannot say enough good things about CF Nola! One thing it taught me is that I should've started earlier, but hey "better late than never." The staff and environment is very welcoming. I'm happy that I found this place and highly recommend you try it out even if it's your first time.
