I'm the type of person who is apprehensive about working out, especially in a group setting or a class. I took a gamble on trying out CrossFit Momentum to see if it was a good fit. 1 year later I am so happy that I did, I am making a ton of progress on my fitness journey. All the coaches and members are welcoming, inspiring, patient, and honestly just wonderful people to have gotten to know over the last year. If you're on the fence about getting started please take the leap and give CrossFit Momentum a try.

CrossFit Momentum is the first gym I’ve been to that truly makes me feel welcome with every class. The coaches and members are one big happy family who are eager to help you get stronger and track your progress. It’s been an amazing experience so far and would recommend CrossFit Momentum to anyone who is focused on results while also having fun!

CrossFit Momentum should be anyone in the Nyack and surrounding areas first point of call when they are starting or continuing their fitness journey. I started in Momentum in November since then the have became like family there. Since starting I've lost 30lbs but its not the losing weight its how strong fit and healthy I feel since I've joined. The Momentum Community makes it even better, when they say its the people that make a place, the members and staff of this gym really make it. Everyone is so positive and it creates an atmosphere that makes you want to come back and every visit worthwhile. The staff are amazing their knowledge along with there personalities really make each and every class both enjoyable and endurable. Whether you're just starting out on your fitness journey, in the middle and looking for something new, or want to get back to it, I couldn't recommend CrossFit Momentum any higher.

I started CrossFit in 2015 and was so excited to be apart of Momentum after we moved here. All of the coaches are very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I appreciate having the different monthly membership options as my schedule is busier during certain times of the year.

I signed up with CrossFit Momentum five months ago. From day one I could tell this was the place for me. The coaches are excellent, they are knowledgeable, supportive and motivating. The community is welcoming and determined at every workout. Each day the workouts are challenging and able to be scaled to all fitness levels. I leave CrossFit Momentum after each workout better than when I came in.

Crossfit Momentum has become such an important part of my life. Never in a million years would I have thought that I would be doing this. But I feel stronger and more confident than ever! The coaches and the people are wonderful and they create a positive community. I look forward to many more years here!

CrossFit Momentum is a fantastic facility, full of friendly people and awesome coaches. The feeling you get after doing a class here is second to none. After only 5 months I have seen great physical changes but the mental benefits I have gained here is amazing. If you are looking to get in shape and feel great then this facility is a must.
