It doesn’t matter what experience level you start at when you join this gym as they have modifications to challenge everyone. They also offer nutrition programs and custom workout plans to accomplish your goals. The community is incredibly supportive and they offer many class times throughout the day so you can find a class that works with your schedule. By far the best gym I have ever been a member of! The coaches go above and beyond to help us reach the goals we have discussed during our client success sessions. All of the athletes are helpful and welcoming. It is obvious the owner loves what he does by his interactions with us and the way he is constantly striving to be the best in all areas of coaching, goal setting, nutrition, cleanliness and so much more.They don't disappoint!

CFME is full of amazing. Amazing coaches, amazing members and an amazing experience every time I step into the gym. I was hesitant to join a CrossFit gym and was intimidated by what I though CrossFit was. The CFME family was welcoming and put all of my worries at ease. Over the passed two years they have helped me find a healthy lifestyle, stay healthy during a pregnancy and are guiding me down the path regain my strength after pregnancy. The coaching staff are the utmost professional and are always willing to go the extra mile to accommodate all of its members. No matter your current fitness level the family like atmosphere makes you look forward to working out!

Crossfit Metro East has been an essential part of my health and overall well being for the last 9 months. The staff is friendly, professional, encouraging and motivating! The classes are structured to where everyone of all skill levels can complete them, there’s always a scaling option! The coaches will get you to your goals and I couldn’t imagine being at any other gym! I love my CFME family!!!

This is by far the best gym I have ever been a member of. I have joined several chain gyms in the past that advertise all these great things but tend to fall flat on knowledgeable staff and a welcoming atmosphere. This is the only gym that I have been to that wants you to succeed and reach beyond your goals. They push you, but they will modify anything if you are newer or injured to make sure you still get a great workout, but do not injury yourself. And the way they have handled everything during the pandemic is amazing! Super clean, welcoming atmosphere for literally every level. Top notch!

People who are there to cheer me on, not only in a workout, but through every aspect of life. I’m a better Wife, Mother, Co-worker, Friend, and family member because of the impact from the people within this facility. Im grateful for the dedicated coaches that lead by example. They follow the same programming and nutrition coaching. They are hands down the most knowledgeable coaches in the area-and are constantly striving to get better! As a newbie to the cross-fit world, I have been very impressed with this gym. The owner, Josh, is very welcoming. He has a great working knowledge of fitness and training but in a very friendly and non-intimidating way. The overall atmosphere is fun and low pressure; everyone is encouraged to make progress towards whatever their goal may be. The workouts are fun, varied and the trainers really know how to tailor them to your specific needs and limitations. I would definitely recommend this place!
