CrossFit Hyperion - Gym in Pleasant Grove - 1983 W 680 N, USA

I love this place! The coaches are expert at modifying the workouts to make it possible even for people like me, with white hair and aging bodies, to regain and maintain strength, endurance, and better health. The community there is friendly and supportive, not competitive against each other. I come wondering if I can even attempt to do whatever, but I leave feeling so very accomplished. I was seriously challenged, but not beyond safe limits. Highly recommended.

Hands down the best gym I’ve been in!! All the coaches are knowledgeable and friendly. Hyperion fosters a sense of community and everyone who goes is supportive and uplifting. Could not recommend a better gym!

I’ve been a member of CrossFit Hyperion for more than 10 years now. I tell people all the time that I love it. In an hour’s time I get a great warm up, a focus on strength, a solid work out, & a cool down. The variety of workouts keep me in great shape for the out door activities I love to do like hiking, hunting, & mountain biking. The coaches are personable & helpful, a focus on technique is always obvious. I’m not always able to do the workouts as prescribed as I’m constantly battling mobility issues with my back, hips, shoulders, & ankles. The coaches always provide great advice on modifications so I still get a great workout in. I’ve developed great friendships over the years and the culture of the gym directly assists in doing that. After almost 9 years, I got my wife to join and she loves it.

Crossfit Hyperion has been the best gym! I have gone to others and none of them top this one. The whole atmosphere of the gym is beyond compare! The members are really something special! You never feel out of place. The owners are so sweet and know how to run great gym. They are timely getting back to you. Along with the people the equipment is well kept and cleaned often. I love Crossfit Hyperion!!

I have been at a few other gyms over the last couple years and this one is my favorite for sure! The coaches are so attentive and hands on. They know exactly how to make the movements make sense and break them down. Everyone is encouraging and inviting and the environment is outstanding. The owner is very organized and on top of things and the gym is always kept clean!
