Excellent crossfit box in East Boca. Zack is a professional instructor and a great person. After two years of working on my first Muscle-Up, he helped me achieve it in literally 20 minutes. Strongly recommend this place!!

I dropped in for the Open while in town for business. Everyone was super welcoming and the environment was absolutely electric. This was one of the most inviting CrossFit gyms I've dropped in to and I had a great time.

The individuals and the clients at this gym are so welcoming. I am a newbie to CrossFit and every single person there is so helpful- they show you modifications. The workouts are completely unique each day keeping you motivated and excited- love how there are diff times for the classes too. Rob and his team really take the time to have you push past fears and do the hard things ( working on your skill). The members are inspiring with every movement they do. This is a quality place.

I would definitely recommend it to anyone getting started in CrossFit. I had never done it before and everyone from the staff to the other members are very helpful and supportive in helping you to learn how to do the exercises the right way. Definitely never felt judged negatively as I was just learning the proper way to do things. They are awesome.

Dropped in while visiting family in the area. Great gym that was easy to jump right in. I filled in my waiver online before just showing up, and once I walked, in it was totally easy to drop in and workout. Coach Ben was a really skilled instructor—he genuinely improved my hspu in ten mins of technical walkthrough (I’ve never done that kind of volume before.) The workout was tough, but scaling options were explained well, and it definitely didn’t feel like a gym where you’d need to “prove you keep up”—everyone was doing their own pace. Community was really kind and inviting. I was able to ask questions and felt totally at ease just showing up. Can’t wait to come back!

This CrossFit gym is absolutely amazing. Every coach is knowledgeable and takes time to teach proper technique. The classes are motivational and tailored every skill level.

Positive drop in experience here. No overbearing rules on what I could or couldn’t do. Movement inducing music, warm temperature, and friendly athletes.

I've been in CrossFit for many years but since I started working out at CrossFit Hype and started training with Tara I improved in the matter of weeks. Now I'm able to do DU, C2B, rope climb and much more. Best gym and instructors ever!
