CrossFit Hydro is the place to be to reach the next level of your fitness journey. The staff are unmatched, Justin and his team formulate amazing workouts, able to push even the best athletes. While also having all of the equipment and scaling to allow anyone to enjoy the exercise routines. They provide demonstrations and feedback to ensure the movements are understood, done properly, and safely. The community is filled with incredible people, creating a friendly and motivational environment while still being competitive. I’ve attended around 30 sessions in my first two months being here, and I don’t plan to slow down any time soon!

While traveling for work I got the chance to drop in with CrossFit Hydro. I had an absolutely fantastic experience. I visited three classes and was immediately impressed by the welcoming members and the positive environment. Coaches Eldon and Erin were 100% on point, organized, and professional. Owner Justin has built an awesome gym with a wonderful community of athletes. I will be visiting again when I’m in town.

Going to CrossFit Hydro has been great for me. Justin has created a very cohesive community and positive environment at the gym. I enjoy the programming and the challenge the workouts bring. Justin and the other coaches are knowledgeable and will really take time to make sure technique is right and will help scale the workout properly, so it is manageable.

I couldn’t have been more scared/nervous to start CrossFit, especially since I had no athletic history. But CrossFit Hydro instantly became my home away from home and I have always felt welcome since day one. The people, coaches, atmosphere, and overall support is beyond amazing. The coaches are continuously trained to help us get better and improve ourselves. We have members of all athletic abilities, shapes, and sizes and the coaches always know how to personalize a workout so each individual gets what they need. If you need help with cardio, lifting, stretching... or all of it, Hydro is the place to be. I love my gym and my gym family. I was so lucky to have randomly picked CrossFit Hydro as “my place”. Anyone and everyone should come try us out... you won’t regret it!

I have no doubt that CrossFit Hydro has extended my life expectancy. That is an impressive fact. It is my opinion that Justin and his crew of instructors are among the best (if not the best) in the industry. They are educated in health/fitness fields and genuinely care about gym members and people looking to try it out. They clearly love helping people. I've been a member for over two years and thank my lucky stars every day that I made a decision to join.

CrossFit Hydro offers the best support and best experience. Safety and proper training is core to their practice. The amazing coaches are genuinely dedicated and help ALL members, drop-ins, and community stopping by. Every member supports each other and helps drive you to your goals. You never feel intimidated- no matter what level of fitness you are. Nutrition guidance and mobility classes are an added bonus!!! Your experience at Hydro will be unmatched.

My life has changed for the best when I joined CrossFit Hydro! Not only do I get a great workout every time, I am pushing myself to improve every day and the coaches are amazing! They focus on making improvements while staying safe. The best part...the community and people that I get to sweat with every day!

CrossFit Hydro is a great place to be a part of. After being there only 4 months, I can feel myself getting stronger with every work out. The coaches and other classmates are wonderful. Very supportive and encouraging. The other piece I love is the CrossFit Hydro Kids program. My girls attend this as much as possible and have a blast while learning great exercise techniques and a healthy lifestyle. I would recommend CrossFit Hydro to anybody and everybody. There are all levels of athletes and the coaches do a great job incorporating all skill levels in the workout.
