7 out of 5 stars! Dropped in and met Coach Adam, from the start I liked the gym. Coach Adam has tons of energy, and very welcoming. Members were super friendly, and the gym is world class. Very large gym, and spacious and tons of equipment. They have lockers, showers, Merch and probably have bands play after hours (well not really sure, but they have it all). Coach Adam is probably one of the best coaches I have had the chance to work with, amazing energy, keeps it fun, and was like an owl checking on form, and technique. Members were encouraging, and helpful. One of the owners, Steven was extremely welcoming and worked out with us. Hands down a great gym, people and programming. Thank you Homebase! Till we meet again.

In OKC for a seminar, and dropped in here to train during open gym. Had a super fantastic experience! They’ve got a super great selection of barbells for anyone doing oly-specific work, and there’s a ton of space. Everything you could possibly need for a solid metcon/strength piece. Marisa is great, and everyone I talked to was super welcoming and accommodating. Will definitely be back!

Best gym ever! Such a great community vibe and the people are so friendly. The coaches really push you to be better and their so knowledgeable. I’m loving my results I can’t get enough of this place! We just got done doing a 6 week challenge and it really gave me that push to start the new year off right with some healthy habits!

Had an amazing workout as a drop-in passing through town. Facility is huge with top-shelf equipment, but far more important than that is the group of people I got to meet and sweat with. The owner ran us through well-structured warm-ups, a strength session, and then a crushing partner wod. So much fun! I couldn't have felt more welcome. Awesome place, awesome people!

This gym is a step above most. Great coaching, programming , and absolutely the best community in OKC. This gym will push you to perform at YOUR best. It has many options in programming like toning to bulking or gymnastics to powerlifting, and just healthy fitness. The head coach and owner (Derek) is great. Very direct and honest. The gym has changed my life and my families life for the better. I recommend it to anyone who needs a direction when it come to fitness or finding a community of friends who all want to live a healthy successful life.

The price is great, the coaching is outstanding, and the community is exceptional. This gym has a more family feel to it, where working out is fun. People are always encouraging and welcoming. I look forward to every class and new accomplishments Homebase helps me achieve

I honestly never thought I’d see myself inside of a CrossFit gym. I started CrossFit shortly after I had broke my collarbone and had my first surgery. I didn’t really look forward to any of the workouts because I had no clue what I would be able to do. It has taken me a solid 6 months to get into the groove of things and build my strength up but I couldn’t be more proud that I actually stuck with it. I have seen changes within myself and others daily. The camaraderie is one of the main reasons I’ve grown to love it so much. Everyone treats you like family! The coaches are incredible! They are constantly helping you with techniques and tools to improve your form or gain strength. I highly recommend checking out our home away from home.
