CrossFit Hard Knox - Gym in Radcliff - 1632 N Logsdon Pkwy, USA

This is an extremely nice place to come and work on being a better version of you. The coaches walk the walk and connect with their athletes. The members are very welcoming - I was temporarily in the area, and everyone treated me like they knew me! The programming is challenging in a good way, and the facilities/equipment are the best I have seen. Sad to have only been in town for a while. :( If you're considering CrossFit, stop considering and just walk into this place.

Joined last week and have been to roughly ten sessions at three different class times throughout the day. They give the instructions and demonstrate every exercise down to “Barney level”. They then walk around inspecting form, etc to make sure everything is done safely and to CrossFit Open standards. They have versions for every exercise for every skill or ability level — from beginner to advanced. The staff and peers both cheer you on and it is definitely a place where true friends can be found. I definitely recommend trying it out (free of charge, BTW)… but I’m sure you’ll join after your free trial sessions. I was sold immediately.

I cannot say enough awesome things about this place. Their staff / coaches are friendly and great to work with, their equipment is great, the other members are friendly and awesome, and they provide great workout programming. It was so nice to be away from home and still be able to get in challenging workouts. The coaches treat everyone the exact same, whether you’re here permanently or temporarily. I highly recommend @crossfithardknox to anyone in the Fort Knox area. I will definitely make sure to be back whenever I am in the area. Thank you and see you next time!

One of my favorite boxes that I've visited while traveling. This crossfit gym offers comparable rates for drop in days or weeks. The community is inviting, and the energy si always turned up to max! I had coach Mike and coach Steve for my workouts the week I visited. The coaches were extremely knowledgeable and delivered outstanding class experiences! The member base here has to be one of the best I've experienced! Thanks for hosting me and my friends, Hard Knox!

I recently moved here from Georgia my old Crossfit Box help me locate Crossfit HardKnox which follows the same workout program. But after being here I must say that  this is my happy place, when you enter you're meet with smiles, and a fun workout atmosphere. The owners, and coaches are friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, and patient.  This facility is full of equipment that could be geared towards beginners level training, and competitive level training. And let me not forget the great nutrition coaching to complete the process. I recommend it to everyone I know.

CFHK is my gym, my therapy, my home away from home and it’s most definitely my community. I have been a member since Oct 2020 and I’ve made unbelievable progress from them until now. They are not only the best CrossFit box in Kentucky but Audrey Straney is the absolute best Nutrition Coach I’ve ever had. She is also a CrossFit Coach so she will not only help you build muscle but she is also able to provide you with a tailor made nutrition program that will help develop your mind body and soul in that order. I serve in the Army and I can truly say that I am in the best shape physically and mentally for the first time in about 18 years. So I encourage, no, I highly recommend anyone, everyone to come by CrossFit Hard Knox if you are looking to start a true life long fitness journey that will help you establish a more healthier and active life. I recommend all of the Coaches there, Katie Sharritt, Steve Hunter, Michael Evander, Matt Speaks, Zachary Adams, Jennifer Hartley, Jessica Mooney and Charlene Guevara! They are all amazing coaches and they are dedicated to helping each of us meet and surpass our fitness goals.

I have been going to this gym for about 8 months now and so far it has been good. Everyone is very nice and supportive. The coaches demonstrate all the moves and give tips on what you should and should not do, which is always really helpful for me. My 10 year old has been doing the crossfit kids class for about 3 months and she really likes it. I asked questions before she joined to make sure it wasn't too hard for her and they assured me that they do light exercises and play games. I'm glad I was able to find something we both can enjoy doing outside of the house.

I dropped in here a couple times while traveling this week. The box is huge with plenty of equipment for large classes. Coach Michael Tellado was very welcoming. He took time to make sure that everyone, experienced and new to CrossFit, understood the movements and the expectations of the class. The warm up, especially for the split jerk, was very thorough. The members here are very friendly and took the time to go out of their way to get to know me, even for a couple days. If I am in the area again I will definitely drop in again.
