CrossFit Garden City - Gym in Mineola - 180 E 2nd St, USA

I was admittedly nervous dipping my toes back into the CF world after so long but all of the coaches and members there were super welcoming and made me feel like family right away. Great workouts, great community, and great coaches.

Basically started my CrossFit journey here in the beginning of the year and it has been nothing but positive vibes. The energy at CFGC is amazing 🔥🔥 and truly a family atmosphere. Coaches are well educated in the sport of CrossFit and are always looking to help in anyway they can. The members here are super positive and very welcoming. Would 1000% recommend to anyone, no matter your fitness level.

I have been a member in this gym for over 5 years and love it! Dennis and Jenn are the most caring owners and always have the member's interests in their heart. The programming here is amazing and the amount of support they give for new and returning members is immense. I highly recommend checking this gym out. You will not be disappointed! P.S. The community here is also amazing and you will make a lot of new friends too!!

I’ve been attending classes for almost 7 years! This community is a wonderful place to get in shape while learning solid CF techniques. (Many of the coaches— three—have even qualified and participated in the CrossFit Games.) I’ve enjoyed the CrossFit classes, working with their nutritionist, enjoying Belkis Bites food which I can get right from the gym, and have found an amazing group of (very early morning!) friends. The gym is clean and well kept. Showers are available, too. This is a fantastic facility and I urge you to consider joining!

I've been going to CFGC for about 10 years. Everything from the coaching to the members to the cleanliness of the facility is an A+. Coach Dennis does an incredible job of programming the workouts - always keeping it interesting with great variety. Great community, where I've fostered great friends. Highly recommend dropping in for a workout!

I joined Crossfit Garden City about four months ago after a 2 year break from Crossfit and I’m so glad I did! We moved from NYC to Garden City and tried every gym in the surrounding area. When we visited CF Garden City we knew we found the perfect place to work out and challenge ourselves athletically. On top of that the people are awesome, the coaching is fantastic and they are super kid friendly which is important to us. (They offer cf kids on Saturday mornings and our kids love that). I would recommend CF Garden City to anyone looking for a gym in the area! Cheers

How have I not written this sooner? CrossFit Garden City has been my workout home for over 6 years now. I have been a member of multiple CrossFit gyms in the years prior to that and none have even come close. Dennis & Jenn found the secret to making a warm, welcoming community that promotes health, good habits, and actually having fun while doing so. I’m very thankful for this place and recommend it everyone I encounter. From people in their 20s through 60s even 70s, you will have fun, you will make friends, you will challenge yourself and you will become a healthier version of yourself. Stop in and see for yourself!
