I can not say enough good things about this gym. David and his coaches are thorough with their instructions and really push me to exceed my self imposed limitations. There are plenty of members who can knock out these workouts but there is never any judgment when I have to modify. In fact, most of them offer encouragement which makes this place special and the people feel like a team. I highly recommend giving it a shot!

Dropped in for a Saturday open workout and was pleasantly surprised. Community was great, gym is spacious, coaching staff is knowledgeable, and the workout was designed for all skill levels. Plenty of equipment and weights for all skill levels. David and Amy have a top notch facility conveniently off 45 North. If you are looking to catch a quick WOD with a great group this is your stop!

This gym is a hidden gem. I was looking for a group workout atmosphere where I can just pop in and get a legit session and this is the place. The coaches truly care about making sure you are learning the proper form. I’m shy and definitely don’t know how to properly lift yet but the coaches help me. The group who attends this place makes sure you feel like part on the family. I still have a lot to learn and I’m positive with every class I’m getting better . It’s only been a few months but I feel stronger and more confident in all areas of my life. As a busy parent and working 50 hrs a week at a desk job this is a perfect opportunity to get physically and mentally healthy. The best part is I don’t have to plan my workouts everyday we do something new. I even bring my kiddos with me sometimes when I don’t have someone to watch them. Give it a try it’s only going to improve your life.

CF Enoch is simply the BEST! I have nothing but great things to say about the coaches,programming, and community that is fostered there! I have been a part of Crossfit Enoch for 4 and a half years years now. Coach David and the other coaches are constantly working to fine-tune the programming, every day is something new and challenging. This is a place where you can fail but your community is always there to pick you right back up and cheer you on as you try again.
