CrossFit Dark Zone has literally changed my life! It has taken me from being ashamed of the way that I looked all the way to feeling comfortable and confident in my skin. I started at CFDZ just a few days short of 6 months ago now. I started off with the 6 week challenge and loved it! All of the coaches are so helpful and sincerely care about your progress toward your goal. The coaches are amazing, but it doesn't end there when it comes to support. I really think that we have one of the best CrossFit families out there. I am stressing the "family." We all support each other on a daily basis. For example, "Where were you yesterday? We missed you!" or... yelling and cheering when you hit a new personal record. If you are reading this and have goals that you want to meet, but just don't know where to start, just trust me and come to Dark Zone! You will never regret your decision if you come in ready to put the work in! I do have to shout out to Coach Nick, he's seriously the greatest. He will push you to your limits during the workout and be right there to high five you at the end- every single time! Come join the fun!

CrossFit Dark Zone has been a game changer for me! I joined 11 weeks ago and I've lost 17 pounds, gained muscle and most importantly confidence! You've got to be prepared to take instruction, work hard and then work even harder 😁. Owners and staff have been great! The members too! The members are at wide variety of fitness levels at all times, so even if you've never tried CrossFit before, you'll get the level of instruction you need.

Love CrossFit Dark Zone!! I started at CFDZ about 5 months ago and I absolutely love it. I did the 6 week challenge and it was so worth it. You get a meal plan to follow and the coaches check in with you along the process. The Coaches are amazing and everyone is so supportive. It’s hard but Worth It if you put in the work 💪🏼🏋🏻‍♀️

I have spent the last 6 weeks with Dark Zone and it has changed me in more ways than one. Aside from physically changing obviously, I have met some of the most supportive people here including the coaches and staff who are always open to any kinds of questions regarding muscle recovery, diet, and work out forms. They really make you feel like you are part of their family and now I'm a "lifer" :) Love u guys!

Crossfit Dark Zone has changed my life! I've lost 40lbs and gained increased endurance and strength. Gym is family owned, owners and coaching staff are knowledgeable, motivating, and fun to be around. I remain, and will remain a loyal member of this gym. Worth every penny.

This is an amazing facility run by extraordinary people! When I started I started with the 6-week challenge because I struggled to find a "home" crossfit gym after I gave birth and my Private CrossFit Trainer re-enlisted in the Army. From day one till now I have felt like I belong, I am encouraged to grow and be a better version of myself. Here, I have grown, mentally and physically, and formed bonds and friendships- we are a family there and it is nice! ❤

When I first heard Jonathan say his motto is #livesore, I thought "he's crazy." But after 6 weeks of pushing myself (with the help of the most motivational coaches in Hudson) I became a convert! The coaches at Dark Zone believe in the members so deeply and genuinely that you have no choice but to set aside fear and reach new heights. I'm forever grateful for my increased stamina, strength, and the incredible feeling of accomplishing a 400m run without walking!
