I started the Legacy class and have truly enjoying it which is hard for me to believe. I am 69 years and this is the best class I have ever been in. Out instructor, Sam, is wonderful. I have definitely seen improvement in my ability.
Highly recommend the foundational class especially if you’re new like me. The coaches are beyond knowledgeable and so patient. They push me to new limits. It feels like you’re surrounded by friends.
This gym is the best gym I’ve ever been to. The people and sense of community are amazing. We all want one another to win and we all cheer one another on. Everything is modifiable and scalable and the coaches are always willing to help if you have an injury to modify. The most results I’ve seen for myself and the price is totally worth it. You won’t regret your decision to step foot into CFC.
CrossFit Crestview is without a doubt, the best place and the best people to work out with ever! No matter your skill level, they welcome you in and immediately make you family! The coaches are very knowledgeable and are more concerned about how safely you lift and that you use proper form than they are about how heavy you lift! The members encourage each other to keep pushing! Best place to be to get your sweat on, hands down!!!
CFC became my family in 2018 at the age of 63. I started a life changing journey and they showed me no matter what age you are, you can do CrossFit. I’m now 68 years young and hit the gym 6 days a week. They are my family, my village. Walk in and give it a try. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.
This is by far the greatest fitness community on the Emerald Coast. I love going here because it’s like getting a gym and a personal trainer, and a support group, all in one. If you are serious about improving your fitness, this is the place for you.

I’m new to all this and really weak. I can’t do a fourth of what everyone is doing but I don’t feel intimidated at all.
At first I was thinking I would only visit once a week because 3 times a week. Would be way too much. Well I’m hooked!!! Three times a week it is. I make sure I eat well so I can finish the workouts. I love it!!

The best gym I've ever been to! The coaches are very kind, patient, and supportive. They also are willing to work with anyone no matter what one's current skill level is. The athletes are just as amazing and easy to talk to (especially when struggling during the workouts). If you don't think you can do crossfit trust me you can! There is so much support and love in this place. If you're looking for a gym to call a home away from home or just to get a good workout, you should definitely check this gym out!
