The members are fantastic people that make the vibe of the gym a place that you can’t wait to go back to. It makes the workouts easier to get through knowing that everyone is invested in each other’s success. Great team atmosphere!

The place is cleaner than my house!!! They are constantly cleaning. Equipment is always working and in great condition. The staff welcoming.

I joined this gym over 2 years ago and I love it here. The instructors are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They have a variety of times to workout 7 days a week. They recently renovated the gym and it looks amazing, making room for more space to workout and they have also been upgrading their equipment. A lot of really great people here to workout with, to cheer you on, and to have fun community type events with. They also offer nutrition and personal training. Highly recommend this gym!

I love this facility. I joined for the Crossfit and group fitness classes and it's been a great experience. The coaches and staff are knowledgeable and focused on helping me get top results. I love how all the members encourage each other regardless of skill. Besides the Crossfit there are plenty of fitness classes and enough free weights to cover most needs. If you're willing to do a little work, it's a lot of fun and you can get it done in about an hour a day.

I cannot express how much I love this place. I always felt welcome and I was always pushed to be better. I went there for about 2 years and I miss it everyday. The coaches know what they are doing and are more than happy to help. The equipment is amazing and in fantastic condition. It’s full of supportive people and people who want to see you grow. The programming is amazing and even if you don’t want to do the WOD they have other classes you can do a couple times a week. The facility is clean and well taken care of. The owners are amazing and easy to talk to. There are also personal training options if you extra help. This place was like a home away from home for me. I love this place and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Best gym I have ever belonged to! Great coaches who really help you with form. Everyone is very encouraging no matter what level of fitness you are at. I also appreciate all the extra effort the staff has been putting in to ensure the gym is sparkling clean.

I just love it here. Fran, the owner, knows her clients by name and is frequently seen working among her staff. She seems to have good relationships with her employees too. The staff are very encouraging and non-judgemental. I really like that that lovingly correct me when I'm not doing something correctly. They are very knowledgeable on how to avoid injury, and offer advice on nutrition and things you can do at home to get more out of your workouts. I was very anxious about joining Crossfit, but was inspired by one staff member in particular that started her journey in a similar situation as I am in and has had great success. I started my journey on a free 7 day pass and day 2 decided to make a commitment to the Crossfit program. It's addicting. I highly recommend this place if you don't know where to start. They will get you going on the right path.

I love this place! I have been going here for over a year and am thankful to have found such an amazing gym. The coaches are so supportive and they always make sure you are lifting safely. The coaches are always willing to help you learn new things and push yourself further to be a better you! The owner Fran makes a point to get to know you and she listens to any suggestions you make. I have made a lot of friends here that keep me motivated to show up every morning. It has always felt like a family here ❤️
