I’ve been part of the CFBB community for 3 years now. As someone who was never an athlete, I was intimidated that I would stand out as the least fit person. But that was never the case. I was immediately welcomed by coaches and classmates, and quickly realized that all workouts can be scaled to each individual’s own ability. CFBB’s friendly atmosphere lead to socialization before and after class, which on a day that I don’t feel like going can be a real motivator. You’ll definitely get your butt kicked time and time again, but you’ll learn to love the misery and pain of the workouts and share these experiences with some of your closest friends. :)

I had never done crossfit before joining and I’m happy to say I’m still here over a year later. Coaches are motivating, supportive, and provide scaling options to tailor the workout to your abilities (so you can get stronger without injuring yourself!). The community is also extremely supportive with members ranging in all skill levels. Feel lucky to have found this place!

Love love CFFB! All of the coaches are caring and patient and knowledgeable. It doesn’t matter your experience level. They will adapt and modify any movement. More importantly the community is awesome. I have made so many great friends there! Oh and Nic and Jim the owners go above and beyond for all of their members

Loved the supportive environment and welcoming staff! Workouts were great and really left me sore the day after. Coach Nicole and coach Barhett were awesome instructors and really cared about perfecting form while also pushing you and making sure you're getting a great workout. Highly recommend this place!

I have been a regular gym goer for my health and fitness goals for quite some time but hit a plateau and the progress seemingly stopped. Wanted some new routine, additional motivation with right coaching. Thankfully there was CrossFit Barbending (CFBB). CFBB completely changed my perspective about fitness. At first, I was little nervous to join due to a lot of misinformation about CrossFit. But the right guidance and information from CFBB trainers and coaches helped me with my decision to join. Coaches here are amazingly supportive, providing the right technique, motivation, and guidance. I highly recommend this place to invest in your health and achieve your fitness goal.

I've been a member at CrossFit Barbending for 2 years now and absolutely love it! The coaches are excellent, the workouts are challenging and varied and everyone is super supportive and encouraging. They take the time to explain each movement with precision, ensuring that everyone understands the proper form and technique. Whether you're an experienced athlete or a beginner, the coaches provide guidance and encouragement every step of the way. The sense of community at Crossfit Barbending is truly special. Members are incredibly supportive of one another, creating a camaraderie that makes each workout enjoyable. Each day brings a new workout of the day (WOD), keeping things fresh and exciting. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with a wide range of equipment, including barbells, kettlebells, rowing machines, and more. The space is thoughtfully laid out, allowing for efficient and safe workouts. I highly recommend Cross Fit Barbending. Nothing but 5 stars!

CrossFit Barbending is a fantastic environment for people at any fitness level. Classes are structured with coaches that emphasize form and quality of movement. Modifying movements is always an option too. The gym is super clean and equipment is maintained. I highly recommend checking out CrossFit Barbending!
