CrossFit Avenger - Physical fitness program in Dallas - 1220 Conveyor Ln, USA

Had the opportunity to drop in, very easy experience to register for the class. I met the owner of the gym, while other coaches are having private sessions. A lot going on, but still everything in super control, SUPER CLEAN, tons of space, programming is INTENSE! Everybody is very nice to be around. I would recommend Big D to ANYONE! Awesome Box!

Heard great things about Crossfit Big D from others who completed their level-1 course there and it did not disappoint ! Dropped in on a Saturday for an excellent community WOD. Jesse, his wife, and the entire community were extremely welcoming and friendly. The coaching was thorough, motivating and focused on safety. They are welcoming to athletes of all levels, the space is great, and the equipment is excellent. They have a really nice setup for weight lifters as well. I definitely recommend this gym and hope to come back when I’m in Dallas!

Chase runs such an amazing and even before covid, clean gym. It is worth the visit. A true caring coach who will take the athletes needs above everything else.

I have traveled and dropped in to several gyms across the county and in my opinion Crossfit Big D has been one of the best. I have spent a little over a month here at Big D. "Iron sharpens iron" is the best way to describe the atmosphere across any skill level. It is a fun, welcoming, and competitve gym. The coaches want the best out of every single person every class. They want to see everyone reach their goals, while safely pushing each individual to succeed. Chase is the owner and is very hands on. He is passionate about his gym and as far as his programming and conditioning, the results will speak for themselves. In conclusion; if you are looking to make a change, set new goals for yourself, or even something as simple as igniting your competitive spirit, I highly encourage Crossfit Big D.

Awesome facility, INCREDIBLE coaches. The quality of coaches at CrossFit Big D is amazing. Chase, the owner, is actually on staff for CrossFit HQ and trains coaches at Level 1 seminars. They also have a coach on the CrossFit Gymnastics staff as well. Like I said, the coaching here is second to none!

I have been doing CrossFit since 2010 and have been to many CF gyms. It really doesn't matter if the gym is large or small, outfitted like a spa or in a garage. What matters is the culture and the coaching. CF Big D does both of these right. The culture is supportive without being overwhelming and very welcoming. The Coaches are knowledgeable, kind, and have the right balance of knowing how to challenge the athletes/members without encouraging behavior that results in injury (aint nobody got time for injury). I have recommended CrossFit Big D to friends ranging in age from 19-67. I have no doubt my friends will learn proper movement and get fit.

This is a really nice gym! I did strictly crossfit from 2012 - 2016. I've been strictly weightlifting since. I'm a CFL1, CF Weightlifting and USAW1 coaching athletes myself for over 2 years now, so I feel qualified enough to say, this is as nice of a gym as you're going to find for crossfit and Olympic weightlifting. I travel a few times a year for my job and competitions, so I've seen a lot of gyms around the country, and dropping into this one has impressed me enough to take the time to leave them a review. The coaches were very nice and welcoming, and the equipment was top of the line. For crossfit, they have everything you'd ever want for any metcon. As an Olympic weightlifter, they have Eleiko bars and Eleiko plates, platforms, squat racks for each platform and several sets of jerk blocks. They also sell quality protein at fair market price if you're running low like I am on this trip. I listened to their crossfit coaches lead 2 classes while I did my thing on a platform off to the side. As a coach myself, these coaches were on it and did a fantastic job working with their members. I wish every gym I dropped in to while I have to travel was as nice and welcoming as Big D. If you're looking for a gym in the area to join, or you just need to drop in while passing through, I would not hesitate to put Crossfit Big D at the top of your list of place to try. I was in the Dallas area for job training and needed a place to keep up with my workout. Chase and all the people at CrossFit Big D were super inviting and accommodating. I would recommend anyone looking for a gym in the Dallas area to give these guys a try. Thanks Chase!
