Crosby's - Little Valley - Pizza restaurant in Little Valley - 105 Rock City St, USA

This is the only gas station and twenty four hour grocery convenience store for many miles. It's like a beacon of light in the darkness when u are running out of gas in this area of the county. Crosby's pizza is second to none. I love the chicken finger pizza but it is award winning for gas station food. The staff is usually amazing but one time I caught an overnight worker who was extremely busy around one am. He was making several pizzas for a group of people that called in the order. I bought about 40 dollars worth of EBT qualifying groceries and my boyfriend put his beer on the same order. I told the man that he had to take the beer off for my EBT card to work as I needed to manage my cash and 40 dollars is a lot to spend that I didn't plan on spending. He argued with me about it and instead of just ringing the order up the way it was supposed to be I ended up having to pay for the order with cash. Which screwed up my budget for the week. That was the only negative experience I have had there though so I think it was the exception not the rule.

I used to work for this place but quit because management was extremely disrespectful. Got cussed out for doing extra work. I ordered a pizza today and literally Freddy Krueger got ahold of my pizza like I’m sorry you can’t accidentally cut a pizza like this… it was also cold when I picked it up on time. Waste of money and rude people. Watch out for these individuals, they think they can get away with anything. I am keeping in touch with HR.

Ordered two subs. Took over 20 minutes to make them. The subs were poorly made and soggy. The turkey on my wife's sub was rancid. When I called in the manager on duty gave me attitude to the point where I didn't bother getting a refund. The $13 wasn't worth the headache. Along with the bad turkey the lettuce was brown, and the person making the food put far too much mayo on and didn't read the slips. I asked for light olive and he put extra on. The amount that fell off the sandwich from transport and opening was all I wanted on the sub. Beware eating here.

I called this store two hours before closing. I tried to order slices of pizza in advance because sometimes they don’t have as many as I need. When I called, they said they had to do three subs and a pizza before they can put in another piece so I would have enough slices. I asked him how long it took. They told me that from 8 PM. It would take them until about 915 to get everything ready. I thought that was reasonable so I waited. I showed up around 930. And when I went inside to go get more pizza, they told me that they had to still do the three subs and the single pizza. It’s obvious they’re just refusing to make orders. I wouldn’t use this store to try to feed your family on your day out or even your day in. They don’t want you to be here. Corporate is upset and handling the situation. Keep an eye for reviews to see if they improve or if making minimum wage at $15 an hour to cash people and make a simple sub is toooooo much for the little valley location.

I love love love their “Buffalo chicken “ style pizza ! It’s a nice place to stop and stretch the legs and fill up on good coffee and PIZZA 🍕

Staff couldn't figure out how to give me my discount. Then staff could not take the items off my bill. Very disappointed with it. The rewards card didn't work.
