Crosby's - New American restaurant in Cedar Rapids - 1028 3rd St SE Suite #1, USA

One of my favorite breakfast places in town. Our server Brittney was fantastic! Food was delicious, out of our party it was our third visit here. I would have to recommend the crab Benedict. Trey, our server from our last visit made us some fabulous mimosas! Lovely place to visit, always happy to see a familiar faces.

In town for youth bowling tournament, randomly chose Crosby's just by a couple of items that sparked my interest from viewing the menu online. Server was wonderful and very friendly. Food, absolutely delicious and presentation was fantastic. Everything from the Baked Brie, Cajun Shrimp, Burgers, Chicken Sandwhich, New York Strip, finished with a skillet cookie. I would 100% recommend this place to everyone! Great experience.

Great restaurant-bar and good food! Service was awesome! Friendly staff. Food was hot, great presentation and timely. The meat loaf was really good but unexpected. It looked grilled and tasted sweet. If you want meaty traditional meat loaf this is not it. Cajun grilled salmon was good and spicy so if you like spicy you’ll love the salmon. The only thing I can nit pick is the high tables had chairs that weren’t so comfy.

Wow! What a wonderful experience! After trying two other CR establishments that were way over crowded we decided to give this place a chance. So happy we did! It wasn’t crowded, staff were FABULOUS, and food was great! Highly recommend!

Crosby's is a great place to get together with friends. Tasty entries with excellent presentation. I recommend starting with the Seared Scallops. Discounts available on food and drinks during happy hour. We're definitely looking forward to our next visit.

Food was great. Orders got put in a little wrong..I asked for no chorizo but it came with and hardly any eggs were in the chimmi. They did ask if I wanted remade, though! Other than that, our server was super sweet and atmosphere was nice! Will go back again.

Very nice atmosphere. Drinks are great food is very good. Blackened tuna and the baked brie will be a return purchase. Service was excellent. Pickled Fresno peppers 🌶 have some sting.

I tried out Crosby's on a Tuesday night during spring break, and I had the establishment practically to myself. I said at the bar and had a great conversation with Jacob the bartender. Given the late time on a weekday, that one other person came in and gave me a great opportunity to connect with Jacob and learn more about the state of Iowa. He was very personable, and a great person. Really highlighted the experience here for myself. As for the food, I went with the Stuffed Walleye. I had never tried walleye before, so I was pretty excited to try it out. It was a pretty fair piece of fish and tasted great. Even better than the fish was the mac & cheese. So creamy and cheesy, the perfect consistency. I decided on this place, because of the 4.5 rating, but now I'm not sure how it's not even higher. Great experience here!
