We enjoyed the great walking paths and inspiring quotes on the benches at this beautiful wetlands
Great paved trails and packed gravel trails. This is a good place to come and watch birds at the right time of the year and if the water levels are high enough but it's also a great place to just get out and go for a walk or a run.
The outer paved loop is exactly 2 miles long and if you do the full outer loop, paved plus gravel, it's right around 3.75 miles. There are restrooms here but no running water, so if you plan to do an extended run bring your own water.
The trails / paths are fully exposed and there is absolutely no shade anywhere so be prepared to be out in the sun and dress accordingly.
Love visiting the wetlands. Peaceful and relaxing with beautiful sights and lots of birds! Love that there are pollinator gardens as well
This place is so pretty! It’s a nice place to walk your dogs or just take a walk yourself. There are many lil paths you can walk about on. They have two restrooms available. And a little dog poo station to dispose if needed. Fairly decent amount of parking and the pathways are paved for the most part.
Beautiful walk and views! Even have little rock stations that people put rocks and more. I thought that was really sweet and reminded me of back home. Didn't know it was done here. We love it!
Very well mapped. Benches along the way (take all the time you need). Good reading and illustrated guides. Went during summer, so I photographed Osprey, Great Blue Heron, swallows, martins, etc. Great for the whole family, but it IS a nature preserve...
Nice little walk for the granddaughter and puppy. Has dog waste disposal stations and 2 restrooms. A variety of birds for photography.
Well done project that takes a creative look at how to handle one of the unspeakable parts of a growing city: sewage. Flat and easily walked with a variety of loops and distances. Interpretive signs and lots of migratory bird life.

Awesome park set up. Smaller play area for the little kids. Huge grass area to hang out in.
Has some trees for shade.
Also a bathroom nearby and a cool drinking fountain. Parking is easy on the street.

Staying at the Best Western I looked across and noticed Sons of Beer so I walked over for dinner and WOW was I impressed. Cool place with rustic tin walls and license plates all over the walls. I had the S.O.B. burger with fries and it was super deli
This is a quietly little place (no kids allowed) with wonderful homemade cafe style food. The grilled cheese was perfect and the creamy chicken noodle soup (current soup of the day) was delicious! This meal was exactly what I needed on a chilly after
We drive thru prineville occasionally and stopped for the first time. (Its been on our stop list but always have an agenda). The milkshakes were 5 stars themselves. Burgers were great too. They were busy today but were friendly and let us know wait
Cool place with a lot of vintage stuff! Pool and arcade games make it a must place to go in Prineville. I tried a pizza and the crust is dynamite! Good prices on food and beer I don't know why I had not noticed it before. Clean place and friendly sta

Used to be an old Inn. Restaurant with a bar on the other side now. I loved the decor and old West feeling you get. I had the Prime Rib Stroganoff that was pretty decent. They had some of the biggest cinnamon rolls I have ever seen. They also have a
I went in this morning to pick up a mobile order, and it sounded like they may have been short staffed. Even so, all the baristas were working so hard and getting orders out as quickly as possible. They were helping each other and cooperating so well
